5 Coffee Table Books I Want for Christmas 2020

I’m not sure anyone I know that needs to know what I want for Christmas reads my blog, (Or every single post of it) but I recently like to make lists of things I want. I do this so I can go back and review it a few weeks later and decide if I really do want it or can go without it. Even though I’m doing this for many different topics, I wanted to write a post featuring the the top five coffee table books I want for Christmas this year.

Since everything this year is so crazy, I’m unsure if I’ll buy or receive any of these books as gifts before the end of this year, but these coffee table books are the ones I will try to purchase next year.

  1. The Last Knight: The Art, Armor, and Ambition of Maximilian I by Pierre Terjanian
  2. Hermes: Heavenly Days by Alice Charbin and Rachel Canepari
  3. London in Bloom by Georgianna Lane
  4. Illustrated World of Couture by Megan Hess
  5. No Cameras Allowed: My Career as an Outlaw Rock and Roll Photographer by Julian David Stone

Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!

5 Holiday Things I Want to Do In My Future New Home

This holiday season I’m currently living with my relative. I started living with my relative when I became very ill years ago, but I always dreamed of buying my own house and living in it. In 2019, I planned to buy my own home and move out of my relative’s home, but my relative had some health issues that required me to stay and help my relative for the rest of the year. Although I planned to move out in 2020, the pandemic postponed home buying and moving indefinitely.

Despite this holiday season not being a normal one, or one spent in my own home, I still dream and plan for my future home. This has been hard because I’m not sure where I’m going to live or how big my home will ultimately be. Still, I think of all the fun things I can do while living in my future home. Since it’s the holiday season, I thought it might help myself feel more hopeful about my future home if I write a post about five holiday themed things I want to do in my future home. 5 Picky Things I Do in the Kitchen to Make My Life Easier

Recently, while washing dishes, I realized I reached for certain things in the kitchen instinctively. I realized this because, when I reached for something, it wasn’t there and I began to panic. Since I depend on certain things in certain places, I realized how picky I am about the placement of those items. Although I’m not picky about the placement of everything in my house, when it comes to the kitchen, I needed certain items fast and in the right place so I won’t burn my food while looking for a certain item.

Even though everyone sets up their kitchen in the way that works best for them, here are five things I do and set my kitchen up that will work best for me.

5 Things About Me I Don’t Talk About Online

This month will mark three years since I started my blog and, in those three years, I don’t talk about things about myself besides certain topics. I intended to make more posts about hobbies I have, places I like to take a day trip to, and other things about myself I don’t talk about that are more fun than serious. Although I started this year with the best intentions for this blog and my other social media sites, Covid-19 and the stay at home orders forced me to delay my blog and social media posts.

Although I cannot do everything I want to, I wanted to talk about five things about myself that I never talk about online. Mostly because I really don’t have a need to talk about them. Continue reading “5 Things About Me I Don’t Talk About Online”

6 of the Most Adult-like Birthday Gifts I Ever Asked For

Recently, I talked to my friends about what they would like for their birthday as well as what I would like for my birthday. After a while, we realized everything we said we wanted are very adult-like and are more practical and useful than just something extravagant that we could keep as a memory of that birthday. Since I was inspired by that conversation, and today is my birthday, I decided to share 6 of my most adult/adulting birthday presents I ever asked for. Or could remember. Because I use them so much I don’t even pay attention to where or when I got them anymore. Continue reading “6 of the Most Adult-like Birthday Gifts I Ever Asked For”

Happy New Year & Plans for 2019

It’s two weeks into 2019 and I still have yet to write a new post! Although I planned on posting last week, I decided not to because I realized after Blogmas, I needed a break from blogging. Well, that and the fact I’m in the process of loading my photo editing program onto my new computer. Since I did not make a post last week, I decided to kick off the new year by talking about my plans for 2019.
