July has already passed, but I still wanted to talk about the books I read. I didn’t have the time to read a lot of books, but I was able to read three. I enjoyed reading, or rereading in the case of one book, them. Unfortunately, I didn’t finish them all, but I still wanted to write a post about all the books I read last month.

Books I’m Currently Reading (And What I Think of Them So Far)- April 2021
After a very busy beginning of the year, I started to pick up books and read again. I had plans to read enough books to write a new book review post every week from May till the end of August, but I don’t think I’ll reach that milestone. Especially since some of the books I thought would be good turned out to not be something I wanted to review on my blog.

Books I Started in 2020 But Didn’t Finish (And Why)
It’s almost the end of January, but I’m slowly realizing how many things I wanted to do in 2020 and didn’t. Even though there are some very important things I wanted to do but didn’t in 2020, one of the less stressful things I didn’t do was finish many books I started to read. Since I’m starting to have some time to reading again, I wanted to talk about some of the books I began to read in 2020 but didn’t finish as well as why I didn’t finish them. Books I Wanted to Read in 2020 But Didn’t (And Why)
It’s almost the end of 2020 and, because of the problems going on in the world, I didn’t go out much. Since I didn’t go out much, I stayed home and read more books than I normally do. Although I did make quite a few dents in my reading list, I’m still sad I didn’t get around to read more books I wanted to read in 2020.

5 Fictional Novels Published in 2020 to Give as Gifts
Because of the pandemic, I had time to read. Reading has become rare for me because I’m usually busy working or doing something else. Now that I’m stuck at home, I began to read and enjoy reading once again.
This renewed interest in reading has also made me focus on finding new books to add to my library. In 2020, the publication of many books was delayed, but many did get published. Since it’s the time of the year to give gifts, I wanted to list my five favorite fictional novels published in 2020 to give as gifts. I have yet to read all the books on this list, but I know these books are the most popular and are books I’m very excited to read. Because of this, I will not write a paragraph or two about why I like the books.

Trying To Find Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer In Store
I’m stuck at home a lot and I anticipate this will continue for many months. After watching all the movies I want to watch, I decided to pick up books to read. I have many books I want to read already at home, but I decided to buy some newly released books as well. One of the books that caught my eye is Midnight Sun by Stephenie Meyer.
Midnight Sun is a retelling of Twilight. The Twilight series is told from the point of view of Bella Swan, the main character of the series that falls in love with Edward Cullen, a vampire. Midnight Sun is the same story, except told from Edward Cullen’s point of view.
I’m not a huge fan of Twilight (And I wasn’t when the Twilight series was published when I was a teenager) but recently I wanted to give Twilight another try. When I read online that Midnight Sun would come out this year, I thought it was very ironic that I had the strong desire to re-read the series.
After a delay in release due to Covid-19, the book was released in August. Amazon.com’s listing for the book says it would be released on August 4th. After August 4th passed, I checked the listing again and saw that ship in 1 to 4 weeks. I didn’t really feel motivated to buy it on Amazon, so I decided to try to find it on August 7th at Walmart or Target.

Books I Want to Read- May 2020
It’s hot outside here in Arizona, so it’s a great time to stay inside and read. The biggest problem I have with saying inside to read is cabin fever set in and I want to go outside more than stay inside. Yet, the heat makes me stay where the temperature is nice a cool.
