It’s already week two of Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty sale. I really enjoyed last week’s sale. The products for sale this week include some personal favorites (Lancome’s La Base Pro Oil-Free Longwear Makeup Primer) and a few that I would like to try. Since I was a child, I struggled with allergies. One of my most memorable problems as a child was with the soaps I used. The soaps my parent bought me was not hypoallergenic and cause me to have an allergic reaction every time I used it. Now that I’m an adult, I can now recognize soaps with ingredients that will cause me problems.
After searching online for blog posts about tips to find skin care products, I couldn’t find posts and tips that helped me. Inspired by this, I wanted to write a post about five tips I’d give to someone looking for skin care products that don’t affect their allergies. Since allergies affect people different, and not everyone has allergies to the same things, I will not be talking about which product would be best suited for each tip. This post is meant to be used as five guidelines that you can customize to fit your needs. Also, I’m sorry if there is something missing from this post that will help you more than what I talk about! I hope to write more posts on the top of beauty products and allergies in the future, so I might include it in a future post!

It’s that time of the year when stores start to release beauty holiday gift sets. This year, the gift sets are being released in October in order to avoid shipping delays and supply problems. Because of this, I decided to write my favorite holiday gift sets in October instead of late November and December.
One of the first brands that released their whole entire line of gift sets is Clinique. Clinique’s products aren’t for everyone, especially their acme products, I do like certain beauty items. This year, Clinique released many gift sets that have items I really like or know people who like. Last night, while reading my email, I discovered Ulta Beauty’s 21 Day of Beauty event starts on August 29th! I was very excited, but after I opened my email, I didn’t see very much I wanted to buy from the summer/fall 2021 sale. There are many products people will love, but this sale doesn’t have many that I would like to buy and/or stock up on. Despite this, I wanted to write a post about my favorite products from the first week of the sale.
Since I didn’t find many products I want to purchase for myself, I decided to talk about products I think others will love and want to purchase. I hope this will get the word out to anyone who may want to shop the sale but didn’t get an email!

For the past few months, I began to wear more sunscreen. After I found a few sunscreens that worked and didn’t irritate my allergies, I began to need a different cleanser. I love my favorite cleanser, Burt’s Bees Sensitive Skin Cleanser, but it doesn’t clean off the sunscreen very well. After looking through my collection face cleansers I purchased to try, I found a bottle of Garnier Skin Active Micellar Foaming Gel Cleanser.
