Fragrances I Want to Try at Sephora- April 2026

Earlier this week, I published a post about the new fragrances I want to try at Ulta Beauty. After searching for fragrances at other stores, I found some that I would like to try as well. The ones that stood out the most to me are from Sephora.

Sephora has a lot of fragrances I want to try, but I narrowed my list down to seven fragrances for this post. Some of the fragrances are available to purchase at Ulta Beauty and other stores that sell fine fragrances, but there are others that are exclusive to Sephora. Please check Sephora’s website to see if each of the fragrances are exclusive to Sephora and/or are available only on Sephora’s website.

All the photographs of the fragrances used in this post are from the listings on Sephora’s website. They are edited by me for use in this post.

Fragrances I Want to Try at Ulta Beauty- April 2026

Every year, new fragrances are released. Sometimes I like them, sometimes I don’t. This year, I really like several fragrances that have been released.

Whenever I found new fragrances I liked, I would write a post about my favorites. I haven’t done this in quite a while due to my dislike to most of the new fragrances that were released. Now that there are new fragrances I like, I decided to bring this back.

I wanted to share my favorite fragrances from specific stores. Some fragrances are available to purchase at those stores, so I wanted to dedicate favorite fragrance posts to the stores I normally shop at. For the first store, I will talk about the new fragrances I like from Ulta Beauty.

Juliette Has a Gun Pear Inc. Fragrance Review

A few years ago, I decided to search for new fragrances from brands I can’t find as frequently as others. One of the brands that caught my eye was Juliette Has a Gun. During a shopping trip to Sephora, I decided to try Pear Inc. in store and loved the scent of it. Since then, I’ve been using it on and off, giving me time to think about it and decide if I still love the fragrance or not.

Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Gold Holiday 2020 Perfume Review

Earlier this year, I was cleaning out and organizing my holiday decor. In one of the boxes, I found something completely unexpected: A bottle of perfume. Not just any perfume, a limited holiday release perfume.

The perfume is Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Gold. It was released in honor of the 2020 holiday season. I purchased it because I thought I would like, but it clearly got lost while taking down my Christmas decorations. Because of this, I wasn’t able to try it like I planned.

Since I rediscovered this fragrance, I decided to write a review about it. Even though it’s been five years since it’s release, I keep my decorations in the basement of my house. This is why the perfume didn’t go bad like it would’ve if I kept it in a places that is not temperature controlled.

Skylar Boardwalk Delight Fragrance Review (With The Summer I Turned Pretty Limited Edition Packaging)

It’s fall now, except if you’re waiting until the fall equinox. Then it’s the very last days of summer! Anyway, no matter what season you consider it, I still have one last fragrance to review from Skylar Clean Beauty’s The Summer I Turned Pretty limited edition packaging.

In my previous Skylar Clean Beauty fragrance reviews, I reviewed the other two fragrances with The Summer I Turned Pretty packaging. (You can read them here and here) The packaging was in honor of the second season of The Summer I Turned Pretty. Now that season three is out, it’s time to review the last fragrance in Skylar Clean Beauty x The Summer I Turned Pretty collection.

Some of the Fragrances I Don’t Like Anymore (And Why I Don’t Like Them)- September 2025

The clean out of my stuff continues, just slower than I want it to go. Yet, progress, no matter how small, is still progress!

Some of the progress I was able to make is to decide which fragrances I want get rid of. I still have a lot I want to get through, but right now I’m happy with my collection as it is right now. As for some of the fragrances I’m getting rid of, there are some I wanted to talk about in a post, but are not special enough to me to dedicate a separate post to them. So, I decided to dedicate a whole post to some of the fragrances I no longer like and why I don’t like them anymore. (Also, I’m really disappointed that I no longer like some of them anymore. Some of them are expensive when I bought them. I hoped they would be fragrances I could keep and enjoy, but they aren’t.)

Tru Fragrance’s Love and Lyrics Crush Eau de Parfum Review

Tru Fragrance is a fragrance brand I used to like. Their scents are different, unique, and don’t change like the luxury brand ones do.

Love and Lyrics is one of my favorite scents Tru Fragrance has created. Along with the music reference to it, I also really love it’s scent notes and how long it lasts. This is why when I discovered there was a second Love and Lyrics fragrance called Love and Lyrics Crush, I wanted to try it.

After waiting to purchase a bottle of it, I ordered it off Amazon and started to test it to see if I like it. Since then, I have formed some opinions about it that I want to talk about in a review post.

Some of the Fragrances I Don’t Like Anymore- August 2025

During my recent clean out of my fragrances, I discovered many fragrances I really don’t like anymore.

This has left me feeling conflicted. On the one hand, I really don’t like the scents enough to wear them. Yet, I still like some of their bottles. (Also, don’t get me started on the cost of some of them!) This has caused me to slow down and actually think about what fragrances I want to get rid of and which ones I like enough to keep. (Usually I choose to keep them based off their bottle design)

Until I make my decision, I wanted to list all the fragrances I don’t like anymore. I won’t name the reasons why I don’t like them (Mostly because I’m hoping to write review posts about them), but just know they made it on this list because I really don’t like their scents!

Bath and Body Works Sweetest Song Perfume Review

This past spring, Bath and Body Works released a fragrance called Sweetest Song. I debated if I should buy it (Mostly because everything inspired by or is relating to music for females seems to be actually inspired by Taylor Swift… and I’m sick of it) but I finally decided to buy myself a perfume spray version of it. After using it on and off since then, I feel comfortable publishing a review post about it.

Skylar Salt Air Fragrance Review (With The Summer I Turned Pretty Limited Edition Packaging)

It’s July and that means it’s time to review another fragrance from Skylar. I love Skylar’s fragrances and how they are hypoallergenic. For summer 2025, I decided to review the three fragrances that were part of a collaboration for season 2 of The Summer I Turned Pretty.

Like with the previous fragrance I reviewed, Capri Summer, this fragrance is exactly the same as the non limited edition version. The packaging, on the other hand, is part of Skylar’s collaboration with The Summer I Turned Pretty. I decided to use it for reference photos. Also, just for reference, the third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty will premiere next week.
