Skylar Salt Air Fragrance Review (With The Summer I Turned Pretty Limited Edition Packaging)

It’s July and that means it’s time to review another fragrance from Skylar. I love Skylar’s fragrances and how they are hypoallergenic. For summer 2025, I decided to review the three fragrances that were part of a collaboration for season 2 of The Summer I Turned Pretty.

Like with the previous fragrance I reviewed, Capri Summer, this fragrance is exactly the same as the non limited edition version. The packaging, on the other hand, is part of Skylar’s collaboration with The Summer I Turned Pretty. I decided to use it for reference photos. Also, just for reference, the third and final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty will premiere next week.

Here is the box the Salt Air perfume comes in looks like…

And this is what the bottle looks like…

And this is what the box and the bottle looks like together…

The bottle in the limited edition packaging is a travel size. (0.33 FL OZ) Even though this is not what the packaging of Salt Air normally looks like, the bottle and the box looks the same… sans the design on them.

The listing for the fragrance on Amazon describes the scent and the version of it as…

  • A limited-edition collaboration with the Prime Video series The Summer I Turned Pretty.
  • Top: Italian Bergamot, Sea Salt, Seaweed Middle: Cotton Blossom, Water Lily, Cyclamen Base: Drift Wood, Vanilla, Musk
  • Clean Perfume: Hypoallergenic, vegan, cruelty free & safe for sensitive skin. Skylar’s fresh perfume for women and men are free from parabens, phthalates, sulfates, synthetic dyes and thousands of harmful chemicals.

The fragrance is a really lovely fragrance. It is light, youthful, and is a refreshing fragrance. It smells the way I imagine the beach and ocean would smell like. It doesn’t smell like the beach and the ocean like fragrances inspired by them would be. Instead, it smells like someone visited the beach and swam in the ocean and they smell like a beautiful version of it. The fragrance lasts quite a long time. The first time I used Salt Air, I used one spray on each of my wrists. It lasted on my skin over six hours before it faded completely.

I really recommend this fragrance to anyone looking for a beach themed fragrance that does not require many applications.

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!

This is the best sent ever! I would love to have this come back out. I wish I’d known it wouldn’t be available and I would have bought several more.
