My 6 Summer Fashion Essentials

Temperatures are warming up, which means it the time to wear summer appropriate clothes! I live in Arizona, where temperatures can reach well over 100 degrees Ferenhegt (). Some places temperatures can reach over 115 degrees! This means it is extra important to dress for the weather.

Over the years, I started to notice some go-to fashion pieces during the summer. Some of these fashion pieces are normally associated with summer, such as sandals, but there are some things I don’t think are common for other people. Still, I really enjoy wearing them and often associate them with the summer months.

For this post, I wanted to list six summer fashion essentials I normally wear. There are a few more, but generally speaking, these six are my go-to staples in my summertime wardrobe.

Claire’s at Walmart In Store Product Photographs

In my last post, I talked about my thoughts on Claire’s products at Walmart. I was very surprised to see the products in store. Since it’s been a while since I shopped at Claire’s, I decided to take a closer look at the products (As well as a few photographs) to see what is available in store.

If you haven’t read my previous post, the Claire’s products were located in the accessories section instead of an actual store within Walmart. I suspect to draw in more people to look at the products, the official Claire’s sing was located on an end cap facing the path many people take while passing by the accessories section…

Most of the products were located on this end cap, but more were on a separate shelf to the left of the end cap.

Thoughts on Walmart Selling Claire’s Products In Store

During a shopping trip at Walmart, I stumbled across something in the accessories section: a section of the store dedicated to Claire’s accessories. Here’s a photograph of the accessories including the official Claire’s sign…

If you never heard of Claire’s, it is a store dedicated to accessories, toys, and jewelry aimed at the pre teen and teen market. I used to shop there as a teenager (As well as it’s sister store Icing) but I haven’t been in one for quite a few years. In 2018, Claire’s filed for bankruptcy in the United States. Kohl’s LC Lauren Conrad Travel Accessories Haul

In January, while browsing Kohl’s for new office accessories and pouches for work use, I stumbled across LC Lauren Conrad’s new collection of pouches and travel accessories. The Kohl’s I shopped at that day did not have very many pouches except for the Lauren Conrad pouches. The heart lollipop themed pouches came in shapes and sizes I needed, so I picked the pouches I needed as well as another accessory. Favorites from Target’s 20 Years of Design for All- Missoni

I’m almost done sharing my favorites from Target’s 20 Years of Design for All, and I have yet to share my favorites from my favorite design collaboration that Target brought back: Missoni.

Missoni is not my style at all, but when I saw the collaboration items in store, I fell immediately in love with them. Although I own many items from the original collaboration, I know there are a few that missed or want to own another one of because of wear and tear. Handbag & Accessory Haul- October 2018

For the past year,I needed a new wallet and bag to carry papers for my work. I found a few wallets and bags that I thought would work, but I never purchased them because I was unsure if would like them. Last month, while browsing a Macy’s sale, I found a Dooney & Bourke wallet on discount that was the size and had all the compartments I wanted. Around the same time, I found a Kate Spade New York tote at Marshall’s that matched the purse I purchased last year that fit my size and detail requirements.
