5 Reasons I Love (and 5 Reasons Why I Hate) This Month in Arizona- February

It is a new month, which means many things. For me, it is a time to plan what to do in the area where I live. There are pros and cons to live in every area, including the area where I live. I live in Arizona and many people think Arizona is one of the best states to live in. Even though Arizona has a lot of great reasons to love living here, there are also problems. Some of these problems are seasonal and/or monthly. Because of this, I decided to write a post every month about five reasons why I love Arizona and five why I don’t. For the month of February, I like it in Arizona. Yet, there are plenty of reasons why I don’t.

Here are the five reasons I love this month in Arizona…

  1. The temperatures are warming up, yet it is still pleasant outside.
  2. Wildflowers are starting to show up.
  3. There are a lot of things to see and do! (Such as home tours, music festivals, and more)
  4. The Arizona Renaissance Festival starts
  5. Super Bowl parties can be held outside!

And here are the five reasons I hate this month in Arizona

  1. It can still get pretty cold outside.
  2. Winter visitors are still here. (Please see January’s post about why I don’t like this)
  3. Since there are wildflowers, seasonal allergy sufferers will start to have problems.
  4. Weather can be cold… then warm… then cold again.
  5. Temperatures have the chance to become so warm that there are days when people start wondering if they should start running their air conditioner. (In the Valley and low lands only. The mountain regions still remain pretty cool even on hot days.)

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
