Ulta Beauty Haul- April 2024

In April, I decided to make a shopping trip to Ulta Beauty. I wanted to see if I could find beauty products at other stores, but I ended up giving up and shop at Ulta Beauty instead. While there, I found some products I wanted to own a backup of and some products I spontaneously purchased.

The first product I purchased is First Aid Beauty’s Ulta Repair Cream…

Since the revelation that I have serious eczema problems, I have used the Ultra Repair cream a lot. I wanted to buy a small travel size tube for my car.

The next product I purchased is First Aid Beauty’s Pure Skin Face Cleanser…

I picked up a tube of face cleanser during a sale at Sephora. It worked really well, so I decided to buy another tube of it to use once I am out of my current tube.

The next product I purchased is Mario Badescu’s Botanical Exfoliating Scrub…

I wanted another tube of face scrub because I am almost out!

The next product I purchased is Garnier’s Skin Active Micellar Foaming Gel Cleanser…

I used up a bottle of my Foaming Gel Cleanser and couldn’t find one available at Walmart. After months of waiting for it at Walmart, I decided to try Ulta Beauty. They normally have this cleanser for sale, and they had one available on the day I went shopping.

The next product I purchased is a bottle of Essie nail polish in the color 1818 First Kiss Bliss…

This color is part of Essie’s Blushin’ and Crushin’ Spring 2024 collection. The photograph of the polish bottle doesn’t show the true color, but it is a really pretty pastel mint green. I wanted a pastel mint green color for a few years. It wasn’t until I saw this shade that I knew my search was over. There is another color from OPI that I liked as well, but I decided on this one. It has a blue undertone I like a lot more than the OPI shade.

The next product I purchased was Fenty Beauty by Rihanna’s Glass Bomb in the color Sweet Mouth…

The color is actually spelled $weet Mouth, but for this post, I wanted to write it in the way it is pronounced.

I really love the products from Fenty Beauty, but the colors I use are harder to find. Sweet Mouth is a very popular color, so I doubted to find it in stores. When I found one last tube of Sweet Mouth at Ulta Beauty, I picked it up.

The last item I purchased is an Ulta Beauty brand tweezer with mirrored case…

I need more tweezers. I tried to use more affordable options, but they were too flimsy. I know Ulta Beauty’s in house products are pretty good, so I decided to purchase a tweezer. They are more affordable than other brands I looked at, so I’m optimistic about how well it will work!
