Top 5 Favorite Christmas Songs for 2019

It’s Christmas day and that means I’m probably going to be too busy to think of anything fun to write! So, for today’s Blogmas post, I wanted to share my top 5 favorite Christmas songs for 2019.

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year- Andy Williams

I don’t think there will ever be a year when this Andy Williams classic will not be on my favorite Christmas songs list. So, here it is! Back again because it just isn’t Christmas unless I hear Andy William’s version of It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year.

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas- Johnny Mathis

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas is a song I hear often during the holiday season, but in recent years the version I don’t hear often is Johnny Mathis’ version. While listening to a compilation video of Christmas songs on YouTube, I heard Johnny Mathis’ version and I remembered why I used to love it.

All I Want for Christmas is You- Mariah Carey

I always hear Mariah Carey’s All I Want for Christmas is You so much this time of year I get sick of it. But this year is different. I enjoy hearing it and I can’t hear it enough times this year.

Joy to the World- Nat King Cole

I love the song Joy to the World, but the version I love this year is Nat King Cole’s. His smooth way of singing Joy to the World is so soothing and makes his version of the well known song sound grand but not as intimating as some versions of the song I’ve listened to.

Underneath the Christmas Tree- Kelly Clarkson

The last song I loved this year is Kelly Clarkson’s Underneath the Christmas Tree. I loved it the moment I heard it on the radio back in 2013 and I love it to this day. It’s so joyful and was my favorite romantic Christmas song to listen to for years. It’s still one of my favorite Christmas songs to this day.

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
