Anna Sui is a designer I love but do not own very much by. This is why I’m so happy Target brought Anna Sui’s designs back as part of their design collaboration. Her designs in her 2009 collection was inspired by Gossip Girl and, even though I don’t like Gossip Girl, I love the fashions from the show. On August 15, I received an alert from my Target app that announced Target’s 20 Years of Design for All collection. At first, I wasn’t interested in it because I was working and more focused on other things. But when I looked at the Target app, I realized it was my Target shopping trip dream come true.
If you never heard of the 20 Years of Design for All collection, it is a re-release of some of the limited edition clothes, accessories, and home wear from Target’s designer collaborations collections. Since I’m really excited about this news, I wanted to talk about what about this collection I love, what I don’t like about it (Because I can always find drawbacks to nearly everything), and why Target’s designer partnership is so important to me. During the month of August, I didn’t do much shopping for beauty supplies because I was well stocked on everything I use on a regular basis. Even though I didn’t need a lot of beauty supplies, I did go to Target and pick up a few beauty related things that I wanted a back up of or wanted to try out.
Last month, I stopped at Target. This trip ended up being the only trip I made to Target for the month because I was very busy and couldn’t set aside a lot of time to shop for fun. While I was there, I bought a few things I wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else along with two shirts.
