Squishmallow x Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Collection at Walmart

This Friday, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will open in Theaters. Last month, I discovered tie in toys for the new movie. Although there are official toys, the ones that caught my eye was the Squishmallow plushies.

I have seen Squishmallow collaborations before and thought they were cute. Even though I enjoyed the other collaborations, I wasn’t expecting a Beetlejuice Beetlejuice collaboration! I was so surprised, I decided to take some photographs of them.

Bath and Body Works x Stranger Things: New Products Coming Soon

Tomorrow, August 22, 2024, Bath and Body Works will release all the products in their newest collaboration collection. The collaboration collection is with Netflix’s series Stranger Things.

Bath and Body Works released candles in the collection, but more products will be released tomorrow. According to emails, there is a way to preview the collection in the Bath and Body Works app. I didn’t long onto the app, so I will be waiting until tomorrow to find out what the whole collection has.

Even though I am waiting, I still wanted to write a post about the collection so far and what I think the collection will have without signing into the Bath and Body Works app.

Universal Pictures’ Wicked Part 1 Movie Merchandise- Books, Toys, and More

In late November 2024, Universal Pictures will release a movie version of the beloved musical Wicked in theaters. The movie will be release in two parts: The first in November 2024 and the second in 2025.

I am really excited about the movie, but I am also really excited to see the tie in merchandise relating to the movie. Even though it is August, the merchandise is already available for preorder or is available right now.

In anticipation of the movie, I compiled a post featuring all the tie-in merchandise I was able to find available for purchase or preorder. All the merchandise featured in this post is from Amazon. Also, all the release dates for the merchandise is also from Amazon and all the pictures of the products are from Amazon as well. 5 Movies I Own on DVD and VHS (And Will Get Rid of On VHS)

I’m currently in the process of going through my VHS tapes and deciding what to keep or get rid of. Yes. It is true. I’m doing this in 2024. Yet, I finally decided it is time to get my DVD collection into shape. This means getting rid of some of the movies I used to watch on VHS.

I decided to keep some of the VHS tapes that are sentimental to me (Such as the 1990’s Disney VHS tapes) but to get rid of all the tapes I own a DVD copy of. Out of all the movies I’m decluttering, these are the most easiest to let go of (Unless we’re talking about the Disney VHS tapes). Right now, I feel inspired to commemorate my love of these movies in a blog post. Again, I’m keeping all the DVD copies of them. Not the VHS copies.

Salon Perfect x Wonka Collection Haul

In December, there were holiday beauty collections I liked to look at, but didn’t want to own. One of the collections I wanted to own products from was the Salon Perfect x Wonka collection.

The collection, which I talked about in a separate post here, included acrylic nails, nail polish, and nail decals. Between the three, I liked the nail polish the most. Nail polish is the most usable for me. Also, the colors were really pretty! So, I decided to buy all the nail polish colors I knew would look the best on my skin tone.

Elf x Makeup Revolution London Collection Haul

It is the last day of 2023 and I have yet to publish all my Blogmas posts! So, in order to beat the clock, I’m going to post as many as I need to make 25 posts for December. I’m going to start with my Elf x Makeup Revolution London collection haul.

Salon Perfect x Wonka Nail Collection

Almost two weeks ago, the movie Wonka premiered in theaters. As with other movies I’m interested in watching, I didn’t have plans to see it in theaters (I like to see them on DVD or streaming them at home) but I was excited to see all the tie in and inspired by merchandise available.

I found one of the Wonka inspired collections in the beauty section of Walmart. I was surprised to find it because I wasn’t expecting it to be available! I did end up purchasing some nail polishes from the collection, but I will talk about that in a different post.

Elf x Makeup Revolution London Collection

In November, I discovered the Walmart I normally shop at had the Elf x Makeup Revolution London collection available. I was really surprised because I didn’t know the Walmart carried Makeup Revolution! Even though the collection was there, the whole entire collection wasn’t. Despite this, I liked what was available for purchase. I took photographs of the in store display and the products with the intention of checking to see what was available at Walmart and what I would need to shop for at a different store. (I was thinking of Ulta Beauty) Since the photographs have served their purpose, and it is the 20th anniversary of the movie, I decided to write a post about the collection that was there.

Movie Review: Curious George: A Halloween Boo Fest (2013)

Back in October 2020, I was stressed out due to the pandemic and everything that happened or didn’t happen because of it. On the suggestion of some of my friends, I started watch PBS children programing. At that time, some of my friends were pregnant and wanted to watch as many children’s movies and TV shows to see if they would like to show their children once they were born. I didn’t mind helping out, so I started watching a lot of children’s programing.

Despite being an adult woman in her 30’s without any children, I actually enjoyed watching children’s programing. Some of the PBS programs, like Arthur, was nostalgic, and others, such as Let’s Go Luna, was new and made me wonder if I would actually like it as a child. Some PBS shows I liked more than others. One of my favorites was Curious George.

During the weeks leading up to Halloween, PBS began to show many Halloween specials for children. This included one of my favorite Curious George movies and episodes, A Halloween Boo Fest. A Halloween Boo Fest is a stand alone, one hour movie about an adventure Curious George has during Halloween. Ever since I saw it for the first time, I fell in love with it. Even though I am a 30 something year old woman without children, I love the story, the pacing, the moral of the story, and the animation. In the absence of It’s the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown! on TV, A Halloween Boo Fest has become my favorite replacement. Since it is nearing Halloween, I wanted to write a review about the movie.
