Lenox 2024 Snow Fantasies Snowflake Ornament Feature

Last year, I decided to purchase myself new ornaments from Lenox. Lenox’s ornament can be quite expensive, but my favorites are their more affordable line of ornaments. Last year, they would cost around $20 USD with tax per ornament, but they would often times be reduced for sale below that.

Even though I was very happy to buy and collect these ornaments, I didn’t have the time to write posts about them. This year, I decided to try to talk more about my current collection of Christmas ornaments instead of what I want to buy. Since I didn’t write any posts about my 2024 Lenox ornaments, I decided to write some this year starting with the my 2024 Snow Fantasies Snowflake ornament.

Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Gold Holiday 2020 Perfume Review

Earlier this year, I was cleaning out and organizing my holiday decor. In one of the boxes, I found something completely unexpected: A bottle of perfume. Not just any perfume, a limited holiday release perfume.

The perfume is Victoria’s Secret Bombshell Gold. It was released in honor of the 2020 holiday season. I purchased it because I thought I would like, but it clearly got lost while taking down my Christmas decorations. Because of this, I wasn’t able to try it like I planned.

Since I rediscovered this fragrance, I decided to write a review about it. Even though it’s been five years since it’s release, I keep my decorations in the basement of my house. This is why the perfume didn’t go bad like it would’ve if I kept it in a places that is not temperature controlled.

Movie Review: A Merry Scottish Christmas (2023)

Every Christmas season, Hallmark releases many Christmas themed romance movies. In most recent years, I felt overwhelmed by the amount of movies Hallmark releases ever holiday season. For the most part, I like them, but I don’t really love them.

In 2023, Hallmark released A Merry Scottish Christmas. When I watched it for the first time, I was really impressed by it. Since then, I’ve dwelled on the movie and how different it is from other royal Christmas romance movies I’ve watched over the past few years. This brought me to decided to write a review about it for Blogmas.

Movie Review: Hats Off To Christmas! (2013)

The early to mid 2010’s was the time when I would watch the Hallmark Channel movies the most. I looked forward to every holiday season when new movies would be released. In 2013, one of the movies I was excited to see was Hats Off To Christmas!.

Hats Off To Christmas! seemed like a cheesy name for a movie, but it wasn’t the reason why I wanted to watch it. It was because Hailey Duff, Hilary Duff’s sister, would star in the movie. Earlier this year, I was reminded of the movie online. I didn’t have this blog back when the movie premiered, so I thought it is about time I write a review about it before I forget about it again!

Movie Review: Let It Snow (2013)

Last fall, I began to binge watch Hallmark movies that were available to watch for free with ads. I had multiple movies to pick from including some of Hallmark’s famous Christmas romances. For the most part I remember watching most of them, but the one I remember liking was Let It Snow. It has been a while since I watched it, so I decided to watch it again.

Young Queens Collection: The Curious Crown by Megan Hess Book Review

Every year, I hear about all the Christmas themed books that people need to read. I personally don’t like to read Christmas themed novels near Christmas, but I love to read Christmas themed children’s book! I think it is a nostalgic thing, but as an adult and a fan of illustrations, I always love to look at the illustrations.

One of my favorite illustrators that are still publishing new books is Megan Hess. This year, she published another Christmas themed children’s book, bringing her total number of Christmas themed books to three. I already published a review post about the first book (You can read it here) but not for the second book. Since it is Blogmas, I decided to write a review post about Megan Hess’ second Christmas themed book, Young Queens Collection: The Curious Crown.

Swarovski 2017 Annual Star Christmas Ornament Feature

Last year, I decided to not purchase ornaments from Hallmark. I didn’t feel really inspired by the 2024 collection, so I decided to spend any allocated ornament money on other ornaments… or anything else I want/need to buy that year.

One of the ornaments I found was Swarovski’s 2017 Annual Star Christmas Ornament. Since it was 2024, I was able to find it for a really good price. I originally planned on writing an ornament feature post for last year’s Blogmas, but I didn’t have the time to photograph the ornament, edit the photos, and write the post in time. Since it’s Christmas time again, I decided to include the ornament feature post in this year’s Blogmas.

Christmas 2025 and My Ups and Downs With This Holiday Season

It’s December 1st, which means it’s time for Blogmas to begin on this blog. Sadly, this year I haven’t really been feeling excited about the holiday season.

This has been going on for several years, but this year has been the worst. Along with problems in the world (Economy, job security, ect.) I feel really irritated by the current holiday trends, the way people act around the holidays, and how hard it has become for me to celebrate the holidays in my old favorite ways. To be honest, I’ve been fluctuating between feeling so-so about everything to feeling complete rage about everything.

Yet, now that December has finally arrived, I feel… well… ok.

Favorite 2025 Beauty Advent Calendars from Ulta Beauty

Every year, beauty brands release advent calendars. These calendars are similar to the ones used by children, but instead of chocolate or candy, these calendars have beauty products in them.

This year, Ulta Beauty has multiple beauty calendars I like. Out of the calendars, I picked my favorites and compiled them into a post. They range from $49.58 to $245.00. Some of them can also be found at other beauty stores and at the respective brand sites, but Ulta Beauty is the place I saw them first.
