Books I Read and Finished in March 2026

After spending the month of February not reading as much as I planned, I got the urge to read again near the end of March. I had some time to spend reading, so I began to pick up books I wanted to read and read them.

I ended up reading six books during the month of March. Three of the books I finished and three I didn’t. Even though I wanted to finish more than three books, I didn’t have the time or the energy to dedicate to read the amount I want to. So, I’m happy to have finished the three books I did!

5 Music Festivals I’d Like to See

It’s that time of the year when one of the biggest music festivals, Coachella, returns. Although there are many music festivals happening all year round, April is the time of the year when I pay attention to them. Originally, it wasn’t for Coachella, but for a more local music festival that happens every April. (I’m not going to say the name of it for privacy reasons. If I say it’s name, you’ll know the area where I currently live!)

Since this is the time of the year when I think of music festivals the most, I wanted to write a list of my top five festivals I want to see. These are not the only music festivals I want or am willing to go to, but right now these are the top festivals I would like to attend right now. Also, I’m not going to include the music festival that is held in my area on this list.

Daily Writing Prompt: When you were five, what did you want to be when you grew up?

When I started this blog in 2017, there are several post ideas that I keep thinking about but always decide to not write. One of these post ideas is what I wanted to be when I grew up.

Recently, I found a daily writing prompt about that same subject. After thinking about it for a while, I decided it is time to write a post about what I wanted to do when I grew up.

Book Review: A Frozen Heart by Elizabeth Rudnick

Back in 2015, while I was taking care of a relative, I saw A Frozen Heart by Elizabeth Rudnick for sale at Walmart. I read a copy of my friend’s book, but I wasn’t able to finish it before I gave it back to them. Even though I didn’t finish it, I liked it and wanted to continue reading it. Since it was available to purchase that day, I bought it, took it home, and began to read it… but still never finished reading my copy of it.

In 2025, I found A Frozen Heart in my book collection with my bookmark from 2015 left inside it. By this time, I was able to read my friend’s copy and know what happened in the rest of the book. Since my copy was left in the same state I left it ten or so years prior, I decided to reread the book and write a review about it.

Some of the Advice I Would Give to My Teenage Self

Being a teenager is hard. Looking back on your teen years as an adult can be even harder. I know it is for me.

When I was a teenager, I had a hard time. It didn’t seem like I had a hard time, but I did. I received a lot of advice, but as well meaning as it was, it didn’t help me.

Today, I know what I wish I had known back then. If I could tell my teenage self advice, here are some of the things I would say….

Bath and Body Works x Vera Bradley Collection Favorites

This year, Bath and Body Works is putting out a lot of collaborations! They put out a few a year, but so far there have been at least three (including this one) that caught my eye!

Their newest collaboration collection is with Vera Bradley. If you never heard of Vera Bradley, it is an American fashion and accessory company. It was founded in 1982 and the company is best known for it’s cotton handbags and the prints used on the cotton fabric.

There is a lot of buzz around the Bath and Body Works online fanbase pertaining to this collaboration. The collection was released for early access on March 22, 2026 for Bath and Body Works Rewards Members. The general public had a chance to purchase the collection on March 23, 2026.

After hearing about this collection, I was really excited. I have been looking over the collection and found the products that stood out to me the most. I decided to share my favorite products in this post. I hope you will enjoy what caught my eye! (I’m not including the gift with purchase bag I saw online because it cannot be purchased by itself)

All the product photographs used in this post are from Bath and Body Works’ product listing pages on their website. All the information about the products and their prices are from the same webpages. This is not a sponsored post.

2025 Sephora Beauty Insider Birthday Gift- Haus Labs by Lady Gaga

In November 2025, I placed an order to Sephora. Since it was my birthday month, I was able to pick a free birthday gift. The gift I purchased is a gift set of mini products from Haus Labs by Lady Gaga.

I really liked my gift, so I decided to write a post about it and show what the products in the set look like.

Sephora Haul- November 2025 Part 2

Earlier this week, I published a post about one of two orders I placed to Sephora in November 2025. You can read that post here. Although I normally like to talk about my orders in haul posts, last November I felt like it wasn’t a good time to talk about what I purchased at Sephora (Or pretty much anywhere) last year. Since then, I thought about my Sephora hauls, and decided to publish posts about them in March 2026.

This haul, which was the second purchase I made in November 2025, is also the last purchase I made in 2025. Sephora’s sale, which happens in late October to early November every year, was still happening, so I decided to buy myself any products I really wanted but didn’t want to pay full price for. In addition to the sale, I also redeemed more of my rewards points towards items I really wanted to own or thought it would be something I want to own.
