Earlier this year, Urban Decay released the Naked Wild West eye shadow palette. Originally it was released exclusively at Sephora, but in March it was available at Ulta Beauty. The Ulta Beauty store I like to shop at had a display for the palette and other Urban Decay products, so I looked at it in order to see if I would like to buy it for myself.

It’s almost week two of Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty! Even though I didn’t like a lot of products that were part of the sale during week 1, I like what was part of the sale in week 2. Unfortunately, many of the products I want are available online only. Despite this, I’m hopeful I can buy at least a few items from the sale this week.

It’s that time of the year when Ulta Beauty has their 21 Days of Beauty semi-annual sale. Unlike last year, many Ulta Beauty stores will be open during the whole entire duration of the sale. I was hopeful this year’s sale would have many items I want to buy, but, after looking at the items for sale during week 1, I’m not sure how I feel about it. There are many make up products that I like and use, but I was hoping there would be more items I’m unfamiliar with. 21 Days of Beauty is my favorite opportunity to try new beauty products and I always look forward to buying new products in the sale. Recently, I needed to shop at Sephora for a product I ran out of. While looking at Sephora’s website, I found new makeup products I want to try. After finishing browsing Sephora’s website, I narrowed my makeup wish list down to five products I would love to buy and try. I’m unsure if I will ultimately buy and try everything on my list, but I hopeful I will try at least three before the end of the year. It’s week two of Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty sale and the way to shop Ulta’s sale and Ulta as a whole has changed. Because of the Coronavirus, Ulta Beauty decided to close their brick and mortar stores on March 19 until at least March 31. Although it does put a damper on the joys of shopping the sale, the online store and store in their app is still open and there will be free shipping for orders $15 USD or more.
Since I still have favorites from the sale, I decided to continue sharing my favorite products that will be on sale at Ulta this week.

Around this time of the year, Ulta and Sephora have their semi annual sales. Although I enjoy shopping them, there is another beauty product sale I enjoy shopping: Macy’s VIP sale.
Macy’s held their VIP sale for many years, but I didn’t start shopping the beauty portion of the VIP sale until a few years ago. After seeing the amount of beauty products available for sale as well as discounts Sephora and Ulta do not offer on certain brands and products, I always make sure to shop the Macy’s sale as well as the Sephora and Ulta sales. I received an email today from Macy’s saying the sale is on, so I wanted to share my favorite beauty products that are part of the sale. The past few months was crazy. Aside from taking care of a family member that had surgery, I had my own health problems as well as a busy work life. I know today is Halloween, but before I have some Halloween fun (AKA going to work dressed in a self-made ghost dress and, after work, sit at home and eat candy while watching Hocus Pocus) I wanted to finish my haul posts from September 2018.
