Sephora Haul- September 2018

I know today is Halloween, but before I have some Halloween fun (AKA going to work dressed in a self-made ghost dress and, after work, sit at home and eat candy while watching Hocus Pocus) I wanted to finish my haul posts from September 2018.

In September, I placed an order for new make up to Sephora to purchase a few make up items. I had my eye on these make up items for a while, but didn’t purchase them.

The first item I purchase (And the main reason why I placed this order) is Urban Decay’s Naked pallet…

I’ve heard about this pallet, and wanted it, for quite some time, but never purchased it. After hearing the pallet will be discontinued, I decided to purchase one before I cannot.

I have yet to play with eye shadow looks, but I love the pallet, the shadows, and the colors. Even though I fell in love with the pallet too late, I’m now upset the pallet is discontinued! I hope it won’t be discontinued permanently and will be brought back sometimes soon.

In addition to purchasing the Naked pallet, I also purchased another bottle of Fenty Beauty foundation…

I purchased a Fenty Beauty foundation a while ago, but I realized my skin is too tan for the foundation to match. Since my tan fluctuates depending on the time of the year, I decided to purchase a second bottle of foundation in a darker shade. This way, I can create a custom foundation color that matches my tan without purchasing multiple bottles of foundation just to match my changing tan.

The last item I received in my haul is a small sample bottle of Gucci Bloom…

And when I say small, I’m not kidding. This is a comparison of the Gucci bottle beside the Fenty Beauty foundation bottle…

I really liked the scent of Gucci Bloom, but I never loved it enough to purchase a whole bottle of the fragrance. The bottle came free when purchased during Sephora’s 10 days of mystery samples. So far I like the fragrance and I look forward to using it in the future.
