Lancome Rose Sugar Scrub Review

Over the years, I’ve become very serious about my skin problems. One of the important things I needed to focus on is what I expose my skin to. I’ve tried many beauty products, but many of them have ingredients that irritate my skin or I am allergic to. One of the ones I am not allergic to is Lancome’s Rose Sugar Scrub.

I love to save money whenever I can, but since taking my skin problems seriously, I’ve had to stop using more cost friendly products. This includes face scrubs. Today, Lancome’s Rose Sugar Scrub is one of the ones I can still use without worrying about allergies and irritants. It is also one of the most expensive facial scrubs I’ve tried.

Recently, I decided to review some of my old favorite products that I use on a regular basis. Since the Rose Sugar Scrub is one of them, I decided to write a review about it.

Sephora Haul- November 2024

This year, I decided to cut back on shopping for certain things. One of those things has been beauty products. Although I still like to shop for them, I decided to cut back due to several reasons, including worries about the economy and my budget.

Even though I cut back quite a bit from shopping for beauty products, I did end up splurging on myself this month. November is my birthday month and Black Friday sales, so there were other perks that caused me to go on a shopping spree for beauty products.

One of the stores I decided to shop at was Sephora. I wanted to purchase enough to make my Beauty Insider membership go to VIB level, so I bought more than I normally would throughout the year. Even though it did bother me to purchase so many products at once, I am extremely happy I purchased the ones I did!

Since Black Friday is this Friday, I decided to publish all the shopping haul posts I wrote. I’m starting with my Sephora sale haul.

Ulta Beauty’s Fall 2023 21 Days of Beauty Favorites- Week 3

It’s the final week of Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty! I hope everyone has had the opportunity to shop the sale and purchase their favorite beauty products at sale price!

This weeks there are many first time steals from well known beauty brands. Some of my favorite first time steal brands include Too Faced, Smashbox, Bobbie Brown, and IT Cosmetics. Other favorite brand names included in the sale this week are Urban Decay, Clinique, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Estée Lauder, and Ralph Lauren,

Just like last week, there are two surprise beauty steals. They will happen on Friday, September 15 and Saturday, September 16. The brands the surprise beauty steals are from have been revealed and are included in this post.

Ulta Beauty’s Fall 2023 21 Days of Beauty Favorites- Week 1

Well, it’s that time of the year when Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty sale happens! This fall, there are many beauty products that caught my eye, but I know for certain I want to purchase only a few. Even though I really like the products available during the sale, I don’t need more products! So, I’m going to hold back purchasing until the products I really want go on sale.

As with previous sales, there are new beauty products as well as old favorites that are included in the 50% off sale. There are also some surprise steals (Beauty products that go on sale, but nobody knows what they are until the day of they go on sale) and products that are on sale exclusively online only. Please check the product that goes on sale to make sure it will be on sale in person and online or online only. Also, the sale prices are for Ulta Beauty and Ulta Beauty at Target unless otherwise stated. If you are worried about the availability of the product at the sale price changes depending on the store, then please check each store’s website for more information.

For week one, there will be products from some of my favorite beauty brands (MAC, Lancome, Yves Saint Laurent, and Loncome) as well as first time steals from other brands. There is only one surprise steal this week, which is an Ulta Beauty app exclusive. The surprise steal will happen on Sunday, August 27th. As with previous 21 Days of BEauty posts, I wanted to talk about my favorite products in the sale. I may leave off certain products that people may like and include ones that are not as popular. Even though this list could be hit or miss, I still hope you enjoy my favorite picks from week one!

Ulta Beauty Haul- March 2023

In March, during the 21 Days of Beauty sale, I shopped at Ulta Beauty. I wanted to purchase something that was on sale that day. After I found what I wanted to purchase, I browsed the store to see if there was anything else I wanted to purchase. I did find something else to purchase, a headband, but I didn’t buy anything else.

Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty Spring 2023 Favorites- Week 3

It’s finally the last week of Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty sale for Spring 2023! Even though I haven’t been able to shop the sale the way I planned to, I am happy to see more beauty products I used are in the sale.

This week there are brands I personally like and use are part of the sale. The are also on sale in store and online as well. Some of these brands that are MAC, Tula, Tarte, and fresh. There will also be some surprise steals later this week. I hope you will find something you want and need in this last week of the sale!

As usual, make sure the products are available in store, online, or on the app only. Also, Target’s website still shows they are still participating in the sale. If you cannot find something online or in store, try Target.

Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty Spring 2023 Favorites- Week 2

It’s almost time for the second week of Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty Event! I hope everyone had the chance to shop the sale during week one and found products they want and need. I was able to shop the sale and got something I wanted for years, but didn’t get the chance to purchase one until it went on sale!

For the second week, there are more products from brands that usually go on sale (Such as Lancome, Urban Decay, and Too Faced) but there are some other brands that are new. Also, there are products on sale from brands that fit into a different theme. These themes include Women Owned Brands and Black Owned Brands. My stand out favorites for the week is the Estée Lauder foundation and IT Cosmetics Brushes for Ulta Beauty.

As per usual, before deciding to purchase something from the sale, make sure where it is available. Some products are available online or in Ulta Beauty’s app only. Also, remember there is a limit to the amount of products you can purchase for the sale price per day. And finally, Target, which has a deal with Ulta Beauty to sell their products inside their stores and on Target’s website, is participating in the 21 Days of Beauty Event. I don’t know all the details about Ulta Beauty in Target stores. Still, if you can’t go to an Ulta Beauty but can go to a Target, try to shop the sale there. Or on Target’s website. Whichever you prefer.

Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty Spring 2023 Favorites- Week 1

It’s that time of the year when Utla Beauty holds their 21 Days of Beauty sale. If you never heard of the sale, Ulta Beauty offers a select number of products on sale for one day only. Each day has different products on sale, but they are nearly always 50% off normal prices.

This is the time when beauty fans can save money on some of their favorite products. Since the sale is held twice a year, if you miss something during this sale, you can wait until the next sale. (Which normally happens in the Late Summer/Autumn)

Each time the sale happens, I always write posts about my favorite beauty products that go one sale. This year’s sale is no exception. I found many products I love to use included in the sale, but I also found products that may be of interest for others. I decided to include all the products I love to use as well as the products that may be very popular as well. Before you go shopping, please make sure to check the item on sale. Some of the products are available for sale online or on the Ulta Beauty app only. Doing this before you actually try to purchase anything is important if you wanted to shop the sale in person. While searching my photographs for something, I found photographs of two Sephora Hauls from 2022 I never wrote a post about! Even though I wanted to write and post them in 2022, I didn’t have the time to do it. Since finding them, I decided to post the photographs and talk about the items I purchased this month.

In November 2022, I decided to buy some items I wanted and needed during Sephora’s seasonal sale. Since starting this blog, the name of the seasonal sales have changed. I usually call the sales the VIB sale, but I remember this sale was called something else. I don’t remember what it was though. Ulta Beaty 21 Days of Beauty Fall 2022 Favorites- Week 1

It’s that time of the year when Ulta Beauty holds it 21 Days of Beauty sale! This fall, I found quite a few items I really liked and want to purchase, but, as I write this, am having vehicle problems. Since I cannot go in store and shop the sale (My favorite way to shop the 21 Days of Beauty sale) I will be focused on shopping online only. Despite this setback, I hope everyone will be able to shop the sale the way they enjoy the most!

As with other 21 Days of Beauty sales, I will be writing a post, one a week, about all the products that caught my eye. Since I will probably be limited in shopping (I need to think about the cost of fixing my vehicle!) I wanted to share not only all the products I love, but also products I think shoppers will like to purchase and brands that may be of interest. This week, there will be three days with surprise beauty steals. One of the days (Monday, August 29) is open for Diamond and Platinum rewards level members only and includes three deals from three different brands.
