Swarovski 2017 Annual Star Christmas Ornament Feature

Last year, I decided to not purchase ornaments from Hallmark. I didn’t feel really inspired by the 2024 collection, so I decided to spend any allocated ornament money on other ornaments… or anything else I want/need to buy that year.

One of the ornaments I found was Swarovski’s 2017 Annual Star Christmas Ornament. Since it was 2024, I was able to find it for a really good price. I originally planned on writing an ornament feature post for last year’s Blogmas, but I didn’t have the time to photograph the ornament, edit the photos, and write the post in time. Since it’s Christmas time again, I decided to include the ornament feature post in this year’s Blogmas.

In 2017, the ornament came in triangular boxes. There is one outer box and one inner box.

The inner box has a lid that lifts off. The outer box has flaps that allows the inner box to slide out.

Although it is hard to see the ornament against the black protective foam in the photographs, it is also kind of hard to see in person. I think the reason why this happens is because it is made out of clear crystal.

As you can see, it is a clear crystal.

The ornament is attached to a white ribbon and has a tag that says 2017 on it…

Although the ornament is clear and doesn’t have enough facets to capture the light easier, I love it. It is a simple design and yet very classy looking. Like I already mentioned, I purchased my ornament last year for a good price. If you are interested in it, I suggest looking for it on second hand websites. You may find one for a good price as well!
