It’s Memorial Day weekend and for many people, that means it’s the time to sit by the pool, relax, and reflect on what Memorial Day actually means. For others, it is also a time to shop sales held during this holiday weekend.

This year, there are many, and I do mean many, stores that are having sales this Memorial Day weekend. If you want to shop this weekend, then this is the post for you! Since so many stores are having sales this weekend, I wanted to round up a mix of store sales in one post. I decided to mix my favorite stores that are having sales and ones people may not think about shopping at. I hope this gives many people looking for sales an idea of what is available this holiday weekend.

 

Target

Target is having a large sale this Memorial Day weekend. The sale is called the Summer Kickoff Sale and is site wide. Products included in the sale include pool toys, outdoor furniture, and groceries. In addition to this, Target is also offering a $5 USD gift card for $20 USD of purchased sun care items. Please check Target’s website to see what is on sale and what is excluded from the $5 gift card deal.

 

Dillard’s

Dillard’s Memorial Weekend Clearance sale. Items on sale are from all departments, including beauty and home, but range in discount from %40 to %65 off. Please check Dillard’s website for what is on sale. Also, whenever Dillard’s has a sale online, there are usually items on sale in store. If you are able to visit a Dillard’s department store in person, I highly recommend looking at what they have discounted this weekend!

 

Macy’s

Macy’s is having a large Memorial Day sale as well as a beauty sale. In addition to Macy’s sale for the holiday, they are also in the last days of their 10 Days of Beauty sale. Just like Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty event, Macy’s offers new deals on their beauty products daily. They also offer sale prices on other beauty products as well. Please check their website to find the deals on their beauty products, as well as what products will be on sale in the coming days. Also, usually sales like the one Macy’s is having are also available to shop in store.

 

Bloomingdales

Even though a lot of people don’t know about Bloomingdales (At least where I live), I highly recommend shopping their Memorial Day sale. Bloomingdales has a large selection of high end and luxury brand products on sale right now. The Memorial Day sale will end on May 29th and all items are 25%-50% off. In addition to the Memorial Day sale, there is also a separate sale. This sale, called The Designer Event, offers 30-40% off brands such as Alexander McQueen, Versace, and Stuart Weitzman.

 

JcPenny’s

JcPenny’s Memorial Day sale is going on right now and will end on May 29. Items are on sale up to 60% off. There is also a 25% off coupon that can be used on sale items as well. Items in the sale are clothes, shoes, home, and jewelry. There are also doorbusters and a separate home sale going on as well.

 

Barnes and Noble

Barnes and Noble doesn’t have an official sale this year, but it does have a perk for their members to shop there this weekend. From May 25 through May 29, 2023, members of Barnes and Noble’s rewards program will ear double stamps for they purchases while platinum members will receive triple points on their purchases. Please look at their official website for further information about it.

 

 

Joann Fabric and Craft

From May 26 through May 29, 2023, Joann Fabric and Craft store will have a Memorial Day sale. During the weekend, there will be doorbuster sales on many items. These items include fabric, sewing supplies, yarn, paint, and home decor items. In addition to this, there will be other sales that last after the Memorial Day sale. Items included in this sale are fabric, sewing supplies, Cricut supplies, DIY machines, and even sewing patterns! There will also be another sale from June 2-4 with other items on sale.

 

Ulta Beauty

Ulta Beauty has two sales going on right now. The first is their Gorgeous Hair Event, which is like Ulta’s well known 21 Days of Beauty event except with hair products. The second is 15% off all makeup. This sale is available online only and requires a code to get the discount. The code can be found on Ulta Beauty’s website front page. Products not eligible for the discount are all Chanel products. Otherwise, anything, including prestige beauty lines, are eligible for the discount.
