I Heart Revolution x Elf Makeup Collection at Ulta Beauty

During a recent shopping trip to Ulta Beauty, I saw the I Heart Revolution x Elf makeup collection display. I knew there was a collaboration between I Heart Revolution and the beloved Christmas movie Elf, but I didn’t think there would be enough items from the collection available in store to look at. Even though the store was busy that day, I was able to take some photographs of the collection for a blog post.

The in-store display had four sides with different products available to purchase on each side. The first side I saw had the Elf eyeshadow pallet called Ninny Muggins, Elf Primer, Elf Fixing Spray, and Christmas Cheer Highlighter in the shades Buddy and Jouvie…

The second side had the Elf Makeup Bag and Elf Brush Set…

The third side had the collection’s eye toppers in the colors North Pole and New York as well as Candy Cane Lip Glosses in the colors Jack in the Box, Cheer, and Best Coffee…

And, finally, the fourth side had the Need a Hug Body Butter, Candy Cane Bath Fizzers, and Elf Bubble Bath, which was sold out when I took these photographs…

On the shelf under the display was extra items that didn’t fit on the display including more brush sets…

And eyeshadow pallets, Christmas Cheer Highlighters in both colors, and the Elf collection primer, which was sold out, and fixing spray, which was not available in this section of the display.

I really liked looking at the collection. I really like the theming of the collection and the names of the products are really cute. (Such as the Need a Hug Body Butter) I was very tempted to purchase some of the products from the collection, but I decided not to. I am aware some of my friends planned on purchasing me some makeup from the holiday collections at Ulta Beauty, but I’m not sure which ones they purchased me. I believe they purchased me some of the products from the collection, but I’m not sure or aware of which products. Despite this, it was awfully tempting to purchase myself “backups” for myself or as gifts for my friends. (They asked for specific things from me this year and make up wasn’t one of them)
