In yesterday’s blogmas post, I talked about fragrance gift ideas for her. Today, I wanted to talk about fragrance gift ideas for him. Although I’m as passionate about fragrances as others, I know less about men’s fragrances. Still, I found five fragrances that I believe men will love

Bleu de Chanel

Blue Chanel is one of my favorite fragrances for men. I don’t smell it often, mostly because I don’t have a special someone that wears it often, but when I do smell it, it makes me so happy. It is a woody smell and is very masculine without being overpowering. There are variations of Bleu de Chanel including a cologne, parfume, eau de parfume, and eau de toilette. Some are stronger than others, so it’s a great fragrance option for the man who wants a stronger or subtle scent that is masculine without overpowering anyone with a scent.

Jo Malone’s Wood Sage & Sea Salt

I love Jo Malone’s Wood Sage & Sea Salt, but the best thing about it is some of Jo Malone’s fragrances can be unisex, one of those unisex fragrances is Wood Sage & Sea Salt. It is a light fragrance, perfect for hotter weather, but if there is a man in you life who wants a fragrance for a gift and doesn’t mind waiting until the weather warms up, try Wood Sage & Sea Salt.

Dior Sauvage

Dior’s fragrance Sauvage is a fragrance line that has many variations, just like Dior’s Miss Dior. There is a parfum (With key notes of bergamot, amber, and vanilla) and eau de toillette (With fragrance notes of fresh spicy, amber, aromatic, citrus, musky, and warm spic) as well as body products such as an after shave lotion and balm and deodorant stick and spray. Like all of Dior’s fragrance lines, there are gift sets of Sauvage. The gift sets are of both the parfum and eau de toillette for the holiday season.

Emporio Armani Stronger With You

Another favorite men’s fragrance is Giorgio Armani’s Stronger With You. The fragrance has notes of pink pepper, accord, sage essence, and candied chestnut accord. There is a female fragrance, called Because It’s You, that pairs with Stronger With You, making them great fragrances to give to a couple.

Gucci Guilty

Out of all the fragrances on this list, the one I know the least about is Gucci Guilty. Despite not knowing about Guilty as much as other men’s fragrances, I wanted to mention it on my gift list because of it’s popularity. It has fragrance notes of lavender, lemon, orange flower, cedar wood, and patchouli. In addition to being a men’s cologne and it’s variations (Eau de Toilette, Black, and Intense), there is also a woman’s version of Gucci Guilty called Gucci Guilty for Women that would make this fragrance line another great choice for a couple’s gift.
