Although my birthday was in November, I have yet to talk about the presents I received or purchased for myself. I considered not sharing what I received for my birthday, but, since my last birthday was my 30th birthday, I wanted to share what I received because I’m still excited about what I received.
For today’s birthday haul post, I wanted to share my Bath and Body Works Haul. I knew that I would receive some Bath and Body Works items as presents, but I knew that there was a few items I wanted that could not be found at all locations. Since I was near a Bath and Body Works that I knew had the items I wanted, I decided to purchase the items as a birthday present to myself before they sold out.

I know last week was Black Friday, but I’m unable to write any posts about my haul because I was too busy and sick to go shopping in store. Because of this, I had to do my Black Friday shopping online. Since my orders have yet to arrive, I wanted to finish my hauls from October as well as a few other hauls I never mentioned here on this blog.
In October 2018, I went shopping at Bath and Body Works. At that time, they released the preview of their holiday collection and I wanted to shop for a new items I knew I’d like as well as try a few new scents I might enjoy. Hi everyone! It’s that time of the year when you can smell the scents of fall… even though it’s still summer. Fall is my favorite time of the year not just because my favorite holidays (Including my birthday) land in the fall, but also because it means the heat of the Arizona summer is fading, which makes everyone I know very happy!
I’m already caught up in the excitement and purchased some fall decor items, but the one thing I wanted to do was shop at Bath and Body Works for their fall and Halloween candles, hand sanitizes, and other themed items. I never shopped at Bath and Body Works for fall, but I wanted to make an effort to do it this year simply because I was curious to see what they had for sale. During the month of August, I was able to purchased four candles and some hand sanitizes that I believe will be a great addition to my house when Autumn finally arrives. During the month of August, I didn’t do much shopping for beauty supplies because I was well stocked on everything I use on a regular basis. Even though I didn’t need a lot of beauty supplies, I did go to Target and pick up a few beauty related things that I wanted a back up of or wanted to try out.
Last week I talked about two fragrances I purchased at my nearest Marshall’s in July. Finding the Kate Spade and Burberry fragrances made me want to see if the Marshall’s had other fragrances that I would like. In June 2018, while shopping at my local Marshall’s, I found two fragrances for sale that I wanted to try. Since the price of the fragrances was so low I was unsure about the quality of them, but after owning them for a while, I decided to write a post about them.
The first fragrance I purchased was Burberry’s Brit for Women…
I never smelled Burberry fragrance before, but I’ve heard good things about them, specifically Burberry Brit. While I was at Marshall’s, I found this bottle of Burberry Brit that was in my price range, so I decided to give it a try.
The second fragrance I purchased was Kate Spade’s Walk on Air…
I was very surprised to find a Kate Spade fragrance at Marshall’s, but when I looked at the fragrance section of Marshall’s on a more frequent basis, I found more Kate Spade fragrances.
So far I have yet to open the packages and try the fragrances (And it bothers me that it’s taken this long for me to open them!), but I plan on doing that soon. In addition to these two fragrances, I also found a few others at Marshall’s that I purchased and will talk about in haul posts soon as well as a post reviewing the fragrances.

Back in July, I went to the Hallmark Gold Crown Keepsake Ornament Premiere. My original plans was to buy some ornaments and maybe take a few photos of what the store looked like (I didn’t do this last year and wish I did not for blogging purposes, but for sentimental reasons), but there was such a large line and so many people in the store I focused on getting the ornaments I wanted and then hurrying out of the store before more people showed up. Even though I was unable to buy everything on my list (They sold out in the first 15 minutes the store was open), I was able to get a few of the ornaments I wanted.
Before I go into talking about the ornaments I purchased, I wanted to apologize for not posting this in July. So many things happened after the Premiere Event that I was unable to take photos of what I purchased. Also, the photos of the ornaments in this post are of the ornament boxes, not the ornaments outside of the boxes like I did last year.
