Ariana Grande Moonlight Fragrance Review

Ariana Grande’s fragrance has been a collection I really wanted to review for years. I have reviewed one fragrance, Sweet Like Candy, but I own many other perfumes by Ariana. After sitting on my reviews, I decided to start publishing them.

The first fragrance I’m reviewing is Moonlight. I purchased it around the same time I purchased my bottle of Sweet Like Candy and, in my eyes, is a sister fragrance of Sweet Like Candy.

The fragrance bottle looks just another fragrance from Ariana Grande, Sweet as Candy. The difference is the colors. The bottle of the Moonlight fragrance is sheer enough to see the liquid through the bottle and has a holographic shine to it white the Sweet as Candy bottle is pink and opaque. The cap and pom pom of Moonlight is purple white Sweet as Candy’s cap and pom pom is pink.

• Top: Rich Black Currant, Juicy Plum
• Heart: Fluffy Marshmallow, Fresh Peony
• Base: Creamy Sandalwood, Black Amber, Sensual Vanilla

I really like the more complicated yet feminine scent notes. It has my favorite base note, vanilla, and one of my favorite flower note, peony. I love the marshmallow and plum in it. The marshmallow and vanilla blends well with my skin oils and the peony smells lovely. I don’t normally like sandalwood or amber in fragrances, but they blend well with the other scent notes.

The fragrance is one I like. It didn’t last long on my skin (Less than four hours) which surprised me, but didn’t bother me. If you are interested in trying Moonlight, I think this is a fragrance worthy of looking into. It is much easier to find than other high end fragrances and is more affordable as well, so I think this would be a good fragrance for teenagers to try as well as anyone on a budget.
