The summer months are some of the hottest months of the year. For many fragrance lovers, this means changing their fragrances to accommodate the warmer temperatures. These temperatures can change how a fragrance smells on a person’s skin, so it is important to take into consideration.

For summer 2024, I realized I really love the way the fragrances I already own work for the summer time. I wanted to share six of my favorite fragrances and fragrance lines that I already own and think would be for the summer. I hope this list will inspire your fragrance choices this summer!

Marc Jacobs’ Daisy Fragrance Line

I really love Marc Jacobs’ Daisy fragrance line. I’ve been a huge fan of the Daisy line of fragrances since I was a teenager. For me, they are a great line of year round fragrances to wear in Arizona. Even though I love wearing them year round, I believe the line would be best in spring and summer, depending on where you live. The main fragrances I love the most for summertime is Daisy Eau so Fresh and Daisy Eau so Fresh Sunshine. They iare light, fruity, and not very overpowering.

 

Dolly Parton’s Scent from Above Fragrance Line

I learned about Dolly Parton’s fragrance line Scent from Above a few years ago. Over that time, three more fragrances have been added to the line. All the fragrances are inspired by Dolly Parton and her life as a country singer and her lifetime living in Tennessee. All the fragrances are really pretty, but my personal favorites are Scent from Above Eau de Parfum and Scent from Above: Smoky Mountain.

 

Tru Fragrance’s Love and Lyrics

This fragrance is one of my newest fragrance favorites. It is a fruity fragrance white notes of raspberries, peaches, and pink lady apple blossoms but has a base of creamy sandalwood and raw vanilla. It is a stronger fragrance, but it is perfect for the summertime.

 

Sabrina Carpenter Sweet Tooth

Sweet Tooth is a really pretty scent by Sabrina Carpenter. It is light, feminine, and, like the name of it suggests, sweet. It is a great summer fragrance for both young women and women who are young at heart.

 

Dior’s Jador Parfum D’eau

Dior’s Jador Parfum D’eau is their version of their iconic fragrance, Jador, but without alcohol. It is just the fragrance notes and water. That’s all. It is a great fragrance for summer days, but in this version it is perfect for summer. Especially on days when you want to wear a fragrance, but a sunburn makes wearing perfumes with alcohol impossible.

 

Yves Satin Laurent’s Mon Paris

Mon Paris is one of my favorite Yves Saint Laurent fragrance still available. It is so pretty, light, and fruity. It also wears well.
