I recently received an email saying Ulta Beauty’s 21 Days of Beauty starts on September 1. Whenever a huge sale on beauty products, such as the 21 Days of Beauty sale, happens, bloggers and YouTubers post their wish lists and recommendation lists I wanted to do this for the 21 Days of Beauty sale, but I was always too busy to sit down and write a post about the sale. Since I have the time to write a post, here is my wish list for the fall 2019 21 Days of Beauty sale.
