Learning How to Make Homemade Dog Treats and Why I Care About It

Two years ago this March, my dog passed away. It hurt to loose her, but I knew it was her time to go. Since then, I did try to find another dog. If I wanted to see a dog or cat, I would usually visit my friends who have fur babies and recharge my pet affection from them. Even though I didn’t look for a new pet, I am interested in finding one. It’s just not the right time for me.

Since my dog passed away, I realized there are things I want to do differently for my future pet. Those things include a new way to house train a puppy, installing a better fence for a dog to use when they go to the bathroom, and other things that involve prepping the house for a new fur baby. Especially a small puppy.

One of the things I wanted to also focus on is researching new dog food for them. My three previous dogs had problems with food. I couldn’t figure out what to do until new dog food brands became widely available. Those brands are still available, but there was one thing that my dog didn’t like: Store bought treats.
