TV Show Review: Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (1964)

Every year for many decades, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer airs on TV. Since I was a little girl, I really enjoyed watching it. There were a few years when I didn’t want to watch it, but this year, I felt like I needed to watch it. On November 29, 2022, CBS aired the beloved Christmas special. Even though I own the show on DVD, I wanted to watch it on TV. I needed to watch it this way due to nostalgic reasons.

I wanted to write more posts about classic Christmas specials for Blogmas. Since I felt it was very important to watch Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer this year, I decided to write a review post this year. Continue reading “TV Show Review: Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer (1964)”

Bath and Body Works Christmas Body Care Haul- 2022

In November, I went to Bath and Body Works to shop their 2022 Christmas collection. Earlier this year, I didn’t anticipate purchasing anything from their Christmas collection. After I saw what products they offered and what they would smell like, I decided to smell them in person before I purchased anything.

On the day I shopped at Bath and Body Works, there was a buy three get three free sale. Inspired by the sale, I decided to purchase anything that I liked and smelled good that day. Once I finished shopping, I had six products: Three shower gels and three fine fragrance mist.

Even though I purchased everything in November, I decided to wait until December and Blooms to write a haul post about everything I purchased. Continue reading “Bath and Body Works Christmas Body Care Haul- 2022”

5 Fashion Coffee Table Books to Give as Gifts this Holiday Season

It’s the time of the year when giving gifts are normal. This year, gift giving is more special due to the 2020 pandemic and the social distancing measures to limit the spread of it. Many people will be able to travel more freely than they have in two years, so this holiday season will be the most closet to what was normal in 2019.

Every year, I always love to buy myself a fashion coffee table book. Even though I could ask family and friends to give them to me, they are usually expensive and are hard to find on sale. Also, sometimes the books I think I love I actually hate. In a few cases, I hate them a lot. Because of this, I like to purchase these books for myself to avoid any problems or hurt feelings.

Over the years, I assembled a collection of fashion coffee table books. Some of the books I own are more universally appealing than others and a great gift for fashion lovers. Inspired by this, I decided to write a post about five fashion coffee table books that would make great gifts this season. For this post, I will limit myself to talking about five book only. All the books will be fashion focused, but some by cover a specific designer or fashion house while others will be about a specific person that is known as a fashion icon. 5 Things I am NOT Excited for This Holiday Season-2022

It’s day two of Blogmas 2022 and, for me, things are off to a great start. I am really enjoying this holiday season and can’t wait for Christmas! Even though things are going well, life isn’t always perfect. Because of this, I wanted to talk about five things I’m not excited about this holiday season.

Earlier this year, I realized a lot of things have changed since last year. I realized favorite seasonal foods I loved to eat are not made with the same recipe they used to be. The food now includes ingredients I’m allergic to. In addition to this, there are some changes in my life that has made it difficult to enjoy this season the way I hoped I could after the pandemic. Even though I have a lot of frustrations and irritations this holiday season, and I’m talking about five of them in this post, I’m focusing on the happy parts of the holiday season and enjoy them more than complain about the not so happy parts.

And now, here are five things I’m not excited about this holiday season. Continue reading “5 Things I am NOT Excited for This Holiday Season-2022”

5 Things I am Excited for This Holiday Season-2022

It’s December first, which means it’s time for Blogmas! This year, as with other years, I will be writing a lot of posts about Christmas and this holiday season.

For the first post of Blogmas, I wanted to talk about the five things I’m most excited about this holiday season. I don’t have many plans for this holiday season, so I will not be discussing anything that I could be doing this season. Instead, I will be focusing on the general things I am looking forward.
