Twilight Deluxe Limited Edition Book Feature
In late 2025, there was a lot of buzz about Stephanie Meyer’s novel, Twilight. It turned 20 years old in 2025. In honor of this anniversary, two new versions of Twilight were released. The first was a 20th anniversary paperback edition. The second was a deluxe limited edition.
I own both versions of the book and like both. Even though they were really popular online, I still wanted to write my own post about these books. The first book I want to talk about is the limited edition.
Unlike the 20th anniversary version, the deluxe limited edition version is a hard cover book. It also comes in a slip cover and sprayed edges.
Amazon’s book blurb about this edition of Twilight says…
The book that inspired the global film phenomenon, starring Kristin Stewart and Robert Pattinson.
Fall in love with the addictive, suspenseful love story between a teenage girl and a vampire that redefined romance for a generation, from #1 New York Times bestselling author Stephenie Meyer.
In honor of the 20th anniversary of the genre-defining tale, this vintage-inspired collector’s edition features:
- Foil-stamped slipcase
- Stunning new cover with lush, romantic artwork
- New interior art and beautifully illustrated endpapers
- Elegant ribbon marker
- One-of-a-kind, interactive, gilded-edge design
Isabella Swan’s move to Forks—a small, perpetually rainy town in Washington—could have been the most boring move she ever made. But once she meets the mysterious and alluring Edward Cullen, Bella’s life takes a thrilling and terrifying turn.
So far, Edward has managed to keep his vampire identity a secret in the small community he lives in, but now nobody is safe, especially Bella—the person Edward now holds most dear.
Deeply romantic and extraordinarily suspenseful, Twilight captures the struggle between defying our instincts and satisfying our desires. This is a love story with bite.
A must-have collector’s edition for any die-hard or newly minted Twilight fan.

The front endpapers of the book look like this…

The front has an area to write the name of the book’s owner in.

The book also comes with a ribbon bookmark attached to the spine.
One of the most impressive parts of this book is the sprayed edges of the book. When the book is closed, the edges of the book is a metallic gold…

But, if you turn the ends of the pages to the right, you will see a picture of Edward Cullen…

And if you turn the end pages to the left, you will see a picture of Bella Swan…

These illustrations are created by printing segments of the image onto the edge of each page. This is why each page looks like this…

To be honest, I like this version of the book, but I don’t love it. The illustrations are beautiful and the book’s design is well thought out. It is a very pretty book with lovely details throughout it. Yet, I feel like the design, as pretty and beautiful as it is, doesn’t really suit Twilight the novel. I was expecting the design to be 2005 inspired instead of 2025. I thought it would have the type of fonts, colors, and designs from 2005, but in a similarly well thought out design. I think the book would stand out much better than other books on the bookstore shelves if it was in this throwback style. (I also wonder if the reason why the book publisher did this is to attract younger audiences that like this style of book design?)
Overall it is a lovely book. Even if it isn’t what I thought it would be, that’s ok. I still like it and will keep it!
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
