Frozen 2 x ColourPop Eye Shadow Pallets Review- Elsa

During a shopping trip to Ulta in December, I found ColourPop’s make up collaboration with Disney for Frozen 2. I wanted to buy one eye shadow pallet from the collection, but after seeing both the Elsa and Anna pallets I decided to buy both pallets.

Although I want to talk about both pallets, there is so much I want to say about each pallet that I decided to talk about them in separate posts. Today, I will be talking about the Elsa pallet.The Elsa pallet looks similar to the Anna pallet, but it is light blue and has an embossed snowflake on the exterior sleeve…

The back of the packaging has all the eye shadow colors listed…

Once the pallet is out of the sleeve, the pallet has a picture of Elsa with embossed snowflakes on it…

Like with the back of the packaging, the back of the pallet also has the names of the eye shadow colors…

I really liked the colors in the Elsa eye shadow pallet. The colors are in the cool color range and fit well with my skin undertone. Although some of the colors in the pallet are not the kind of colors that I can wear in everyday life, I know I can wear nearly all the colors in the pallet for special occasions.

Although I don’t have swatches of each of the colors, you can watch videos on YouTube that talk about how well the eye shadows look and the way they work and wear. Overall, I’m happy with the way they work and look. I am worried about the glitter shadows because I am not used to working with glitter eye shadows. So, that is something I will need to practice before I use the eye shadows to create a full look.
