Wednesday x Hard Candy Makeup Collection Haul

Way back in November, I published a post about the Wednesday x Hard Candy collection. You can read the original post here. I planned on posting my haul from the collection in November, but that didn’t work out. Despite this, I decided to publish the post in January.

I didn’t purchase a lot from the collection, but I am happy with what I purchased.

Here are all the items I purchased from the collection…

The first item I purchased was the Kooky Glitter Palette in the shade Friend or Woe…

I wanted to purchase one or two of the eye shadow palettes in the collection. There were glitter palettes, which I really liked. The Friend or Woe palette was my favorite color combination. I also thought I could wear the colors in the palette easier than the other palettes.

The next item I purchased is a Woeful Shadow Palette in the shade I’m Allergic to Color…

I don’t own a lot of dark eye shadow colors, specifically black. Also, seeing this palette made me think of Wednesday. After a little bit of thought, I decided to buy it.

The final item I purchased was Glitteratzi Crystal Lip Duo in the color 1698 Pink Sapphire…

The collection had some of Hard Candy’s Glitterati lip duo. Even though I enjoyed seeing them (And it brought back memories of makeup from the 1990’s) the colors in the collection didn’t suit my makeup style. Sadly, they were too dark and gothic for me! Even though the colors didn’t suit my makeup style, one stood out to me: 1698 Pink Sapphire. It is still pretty bright for me, but I think it would be a great alternate color to the red lipstick shades I sometimes wear.
