Batman x Makeup Revolution Collection at Walmart- In Store Photographs
A month or so before October, I discovered my local Walmart had the Batman x Makeup Revolution collection. for sale. The collection is formally called Revolution x DC Universe by Makeup Revolution. The collection I saw at Walmart was inspired by Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy.
Even though the collection has been out for a while, I didn’t publish a post about the collection or the photographs I took of the collection. I wanted to publish this post in October, but things didn’t work out right. Instead, I decided to do it now before Thanksgiving is in full swing.
Makeup Revolution’s description about the collection on the website is as follows…
Transform into the ultimate troublemaker with this fierce collection inspired by botanical beauty Poison Ivy and her partner-in-crime Harley Quinn.
The collection was found on the endcap in the makeup section. The display looked like this…
When I saw the collection in store, all the products were still available.
Like mentioned before, the collection was inspired by Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn, two villains from the Batman comic book series and movies. The collection’s branding and products were inspired by the comic version of the characters. The collection includes makeup (Lip products and eye shadows), beauty tools, and other items.
The collection had Harley Quinn Diamond Blending Sponges…
And face gems and fake tattoos inspired by both characters…
There were mascara and brow products that came in the color of Poison Ivy’s color scheme…
As well as a lip product set, inspired by Poison Ivy as well…
I think these products inspired by Poison Ivy would be great for anyone wanting to dress up as her for Halloween or for a convention.
There was also a Harley Quinn lip product kit…
I believe the Harley Quinn lip kit is a great option for anyone who wants to buy one of the lip kits from the collection but wants to use it more times than the Poison Ivy version.
Another makeup product I liked for everyday use are the pallets. One of those pallets was the Gotham City Duo Water Activated Palette…
Aside from the pallet, there were chrome eye shadows in the collection. They were available in two color combinations…
Speaking of eye shadows and eye looks, there were more products in the collection that made great everyday use products from the collection. (Depending on the colors!)
These products included an eye brush set inspired by Poison Ivy and nine colored eye shadow pallet inspired by Harley Quinn…
A nine color eye shadow pallet and duel-ended eyeliner pencils…
Aside from the eye looks, the collection has cosmetic bags inspired by Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn…
Finally, the collection had a large eye shadow pallet inspired by both Poison Ivy and Harley Quinn…
I was really impressed by the collection. I really enjoyed being able to see the comic book art of both characters on the packaging. I also enjoyed seeing the collection in person and all the products that were inspired by the characters.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
