Lenox 2022 Snow Fantasies Cross and Snowflake Ornament Review

This year, I restricted my Christmas decor as much as I could. Even though I like to buy my favorite Christmas decor every year and add it to my Christmas decoration collection, this year I didn’t find many items I wanted. Even though I didn’t find many items I wanted, I did find many ornaments I liked. I purchased quite a few of them this year, but they are mainly from Hallmark.

Even though Hallmark had plenty of ornaments I wanted, there weren’t many expensive and high end ornaments I wanted. I felt the ornament’s quality is not as nice as in previous years. I felt this way for all the ornaments except for a handful of ornements. After thinking about if I wanted them or not, I found two of the ornaments I liked from Lenox was on sale for a really good price. I decided to purchase them and add them to my collection.

The ornaments are from Lenox’s 2022 ornament collection. The ornaments I purchased are the Snow Fantasies Snowflake and Cross…

Both ornaments are made out of white porcelain. The porcelain is the same type of porcelain Lenox uses to make many other products. The ornaments come in red boxes with windows to see what the ornament looks like. The ornament is removed from the box by pushing the inner part of the box out of the top or bottom and then removing the ornament from it.

Both ornaments are really beautiful. The ornaments are made out of white porcelain. They also have gold cords to hang the ornaments with and small metal tags that has the Lenox logo on one side and the year the ornament was produced on the other. The porcelain is very light weight and can be broken easily. Because of this, I must be careful taking the ornaments out of their inner boxes. I also need to be careful hanging them on a tree. Despite this, I really love the ornaments. They are also an excellent ornament to purchase from Lenox if you are on a budget. These ornaments could be found on sale online in 2022 for less than $20 USD a piece. This makes them a perfect option for anyone looking for a high quality ornament from a noted high end home decor brand without paying large sums of money to purchase them.

In fairness, I wanted to mention any sort of drawbacks for the ornaments. First, these types of ornaments are released every year by Lenox. There are design variations, but they have enough similarities, such as white porcelain, a gold cord to hang the ornament with, and, sometimes, similar designs. Because of this, it may not be an ideal ornament for anyone who wants a more rare and unique ornament. Secondly, these ornaments are thin. They are not as thin as other fine porcelain ornaments available, but are thinner than previous year ornaments, such as my 2007 cross ornament. And third, since both ornaments are made out of fine porcelain, it is very likely they will be unrepairable if they break.

Even though there are drawbacks to owning these ornaments, I do recommend them. They are ideal for anyone who wants a high quality Lenox porcelain ornament without paying an arm and leg for an ornament. They are high quality for the price and are two of the most affordable ornaments from Lenox in 2022. I don’t recommend these ornaments to anyone with cats or are in a living situation with people who are known for breaking things. If you purchase them, keep them safe and/or put them on display somewhere where the ornaments cannot be accessed and broken easily.
