Bath and Body Works Gingham Love Fine Fragrance Mist Review

One of the new Bath and Body Works fragrance I was the most excited to try is Gingham Love. I loved the original Gingham fragrance, but the fragrance notes for Gingham Love really caught my eye. Even though it sounded like it would be a good fragrance, I wanted to write a review post about the fragrance in order to talk about what I like and don’t like about it.

According to Bath and Body Work’s website, the fragrance’s scent is described as…

What it smells like: love at first sight—sweet, warm, happy and playfully romantic.

Fragrance notes: sugared red berries, blushing freesia and rose meringue.

I love berry scented fragrances as well as rose scents, so I was very excited to try it. After using it for a few days, I really liked the scent. It’s fresh and sweet with floral notes. As soon as the sugared red berries note, which is the top note, wears off, the floral notes of freesia and rose take over. They are anchored by the meringue note that makes the scent more of a sweet floral fragrance than just a straight floral fragrance. It lasts a fairly long time (About three and a half to four hours) on my skin without needing to reapply.

I highly recommend this fragrance to anyone looking for a fragrance with floral scent notes. It’s a more unique floral fragrance because it is a combination of sweet and floral, so this would be great for a teenager or anyone looking for a fragrance to add variety in their fragrance collection.

Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
