Favorite Easter Dresses for 2019

Easter is this Sunday and to celebrate, I’m sharing my favorite dresses that would be great for an Easter brunch or for a church service. (Depending on what church you go to!)

It was hard to pick my favorite dresses because I saw so many that I loved. I was able to narrow my list down to five, but there are still so many that I love that I did not include on this list. As with my previous favorite fashion posts, nothing on this post is sponsored and, as of the publishing of this post, is still available for purchase at the stores I found the dresses at. Favorite Runway Looks- Zuhair Murad Fall 2018 Couture

It’s the last Wednesday of Blogmas and I feel sad that my series of my favorite couture runway looks from fall/winter 2018 is ending. I really enjoyed talking about my favorite runway looks and I would like to continue posting about them in the future… only without ball gowns and Christmas parties in mind!

For the last runway post of Blogmas 2018, I wanted to feature another Lebanese designer I really like: Zuhair Murad. His designs are similar to Elie Saab’s (Rich embroidery, delicate feminine designs) but his style is different. So, for today’s post I wanted to share my favorite looks from Zuhair Murad’s fall 2018 couture collection. Continue reading “Favorite Runway Looks- Zuhair Murad Fall 2018 Couture”

Favorite Runway Looks- Givenchy Fall 2018 Couture

It’s Wednesday again and that means another favorite runway looks for fall/winter 2018. Although I have multiple designers’ fall/winter runway looks I wanted to feature in today’s post, I picked Givenchy.

I’ve known about Givenchy for years. Even though I favor Christian Dior, Hubert de Givenchy’s designs from the 1050’s are my second favorite. This year, Givenchy drew worldwide attention after the royal wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex as the designer the Duchess’ wedding dress. Because of the renewed interest in the house of Givenchy, I wanted to find my favorite looks from Givenchy’s fall 2018 couture collection.

Favorite Runway Looks- Elie Saab Couture Fall/Winter 2018

I know I’m currently in the middle of Blogmas, but I wanted to give everyone (Including myself) a break from Christmas posts to talk about something not Christmas themed.

I love beautiful, pretty ballgowns and dresses. This time of the year is when there are many parties and events when dresses can be worn. I must admit, I will not be going to a party this year (Or at least, that I know of) but there is still a part of me that loves to look at these dresses and wonder what party I would go wearing them.

When it comes to dresses fit for a ball, one of the designer I always think of is Elie Saab. I have loved his designs for years and inspires me to get better at sewing. For Elie’s Fall/Winter 2018 couture line, it includes some beautiful dresses I love and find very inspiring. For this post, I decided to pick five of my favorite looks to share in this post.

This post is part of a series of post this Blogmas featuring my favorite runway looks from a certain design house. These posts will be published every Wednesday until the end of Blogmas.

Favorite Holiday Dress Trends for 2017

It’s that time of the year when there are parties to go to, which means there are Holiday dresses in the stores! I normally do not need to wear a nice dress for a party, but I still like to look at them and think about if I’d like to wear them or not and where I’d wear them at. Since I have so many dresses I like, I wanted to talk about the dresses trends I’ve found that I really like and why I like them so much.
