Marc Jacobs x Murakami Daisy Fragrance Collection
I’m currently publishing many post about Christmas for Blogmas, but I felt the need to publish at least one post that isn’t Christmas related this year. Recently, I was reminded that Marc Jacobs released a fragrance series in collaboration with Murakami. Since I want to write about something unrelated to Christmas, I thought this would be a nice crossover post. Even though this collection has nothing to do with Christmas, the fragrances in the collection can be gifts for Christmas. This way I will know if anyone likes to see something unrelated to Christmas pop up every now and then in my Blogmas post series.
If you are unfamiliar with this fragrance collection, it is a collaboration with Marc Jacobs, an American fashion designer, and Takashi Murakami, a Japanese contemporary artist. The two worked together before this fragrance collection on a collection for French luxury fashion house Louis Vuitton. At that time, Marc Jacobs was the head designer for Louis Vuitton. The collection, which was originally released in 2004 and was rereleased in 2024, is very popular and extremely well known.
The fragrance collection is a limited edition version of Marc Jacobs’ Daisy fragrance collection. The collection contains four fragrances with limited edition packaging, bottles, and fragrances. Their names are based of the main colors of each of the fragrances (Pink, Blue, Yellow, and Green) and each of the fragrances is different than the others. The fragrances are available in one size, 50 mL, and costs $130 USD each.
The whole fragrance collection is still available on Marc Jacobs’ official website as well as other beauty and department stores including Ulta Beauty and Macy’s. (Macy’s looks like it is sold out of Pink and Ulta is sold out of Pink and Green, but the rest of the collection is still available)

If you are a fan of the Louis Vuitton x Murakami collection but want something more affordable, I recommend this collection. Although it is not handbags, silk scarves, or other accessories and the fragrance prices are high, the fragrances are widely available and costs less than anything from the collection. Also, this is the first collaboration between Marc Jacobs and Takashi Murakami since Marc Jacobs worked at Louis Vuitton.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
