I Bought New Herb Rockets to Plant This Year

Every spring, I think about planting new plants. I wanted to start growing herbs for a while, but every time I do, something goes wrong and the plants end up dying. Last year, I discovered the Herb Rocket at Dollar Tree. I didn’t know how it would work out, but I decided to buy myself one Sweet Basil to see how it worked out. The seeds ended up germinating, but didn’t last long before they died.

This year, after doing more research, I decided to give herb growing another try. This time, I decided to try to grow an Herb Rocket again. After shopping at the Dollar Tree, I purchased two Herb Rockets I wanted to try.

These are the two Herb Rockets…

There were four types of Herb Rockets. Each box cost $1.25 USD.

The first Herb Rocket I purchased is a Sweet Basil one…

After my failed attempt to grow it, I decided to give it another try. If this attempt fails, I decided to move onto growing seeds.

The second Herb Rocket I purchased is Parsley…

I was very torn between the Parsley and Lavender Herb Rockets. I really want to grow lavender in the future, but I didn’t know if it would work out as an Herb Rocket. Instead, I decided to try to plant the parsley one and grow the lavender from seeds.

On the day I publish this post, I already planted the Sweet Basil. It has since germinated and is still in the germination period. I haven’t planted the parsley yet.
