Book Review: Santa Stops at Disneyland- A Little Golden Book

Ever since I was a girl, I enjoyed reading Christmas books. Even if it wasn’t Christmas time, I still would like to read them! As an adult, I still enjoy reading Christmas themed children’s books. Even though my collection is not very large, I still enjoy reading them!

For this year’s Blogmas, I decided to write some more reviews on some of my Christmas children’s books. I decided to start with one of my newest additions to my book collection: Santa Stops at Disneyland!

Santa Stops at Disneyland is part of A Little Golden Book series. The book is written and illustrated by Ethan Reed and is inspired by Santa’s Toy Shop by Al Dempster and the Walt Disney Studio.

This what the book’s cover looks like…

Since the book is inspired by Santa’s Toy Shop, the art in Santa Stops at Disneyland is heavily inspired by Santa’s Toy Shop.

The book is about Santa Claus’s annual visit to Disneyland…

While there, Santa, elves, and reindeer enjoy the rides and all the fun things Disneyland has…

As the book continues, readers find out there is another reasons why Santa is at Disneyland. At the end of the book, Santa leaves to deliver presents all over the world…

I really like this book. It is a cute story. It is also a simple story and is easy to follow, which makes it perfect to read to young children. I really enjoy the loyalty to the original illustrations from Santa’s Toy Box. If you are looking for a simple book to read to children, especially children who are fans of Disneyland, I highly recommend it! This book would also be a great book to read to children if you are on a trip to Disneyland. After a day of fun at the park during the holiday season, reading this book would be a cute way to end the day!

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
