As I look towards 2023, I realized there a things I want to do and see again. Some of these things include trips to places I began to miss visiting during the pandemic. Others are things I want to do because I enjoyed them that much.

One of the things is rereading certain books. I really enjoyed reading certain books so much I want to read them all over again. In 2023, I picked out a few titles that I want to read again. Unfortunately, my list is long, so I narrowed it down to six books to talk about in a post.

Red Queen by Victoria Aveyard

Red Queen is a book series I really loved reading. I want to reread the first book in hopes of making myself read the rest of the series over again.

 

The Princess Diaries by Meg Cabot

I read The Princess Diaries the first time in the 2000’s. Since then, I usually watch the movie instead of read the book over again. Watching the movie is easier for me to do and Julie Andrews is in it! Near the end of 2022, I began to wonder if I should reread the book. In 2023, I plan on rereading the book and give my copy of the movie a break.

 

Hotel Nantucket by Erin Hillenbrand

I don’t always love summer beach reads, but Hotel Nantucket is one of the books I really enjoyed reading. I want to reread it during the summertime.

 

Outlander by Diana Gabldon

Many years ago, a friend of mine suggested I read Outlander. Despite the *ahem* love scenes, I really enjoyed reading the book. Even though I’m not a fan of love scenes in novels, it is a well written book and the story completely sold me on the book. I would love to reread the book again in 2023.

 

Anne of Green Gables by L. M. Montgomery

It has been quite a few years since I read Anne of Green Gables for the first time. Since then, I wanted to reread it, but made not attempts to actually read it again. I want to fix that in 2023.

 

Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

Every November, I seriously consider rereading Twilight. There is a special reason why I want to reread it, but I never have. Unfortunately, Twilight has never been one of my favorite books. Despite this, I decided November 2023 will be the November I will reread it.
