Bath and Body Works Iced Sugar Plum Shower Gel Review
During the shopping trip to Bath and Body Works I featured in this post, I looked for a scent the store I shopped at didn’t have. Frustrated, and wondering what other product I can buy to qualify for the sale. During my search, I walked passed a section of body sprays and shower gels for a new Bath and Body Works Christmas scent, Iced Sugar Plum. I smelled a bottle of the shower gel and immediately loved it. I happily put it in my shopping bag and returned to searching for any more products I wanted to purchase that day.
The bottle for the shower gel of Iced Sugar Plum looks like this…

The official listing of the shower gel on Bath and Body Work’s website is…
What it smells like: fruity, creamy Christmas candies.
Fragrance notes: sparkling sugar plum, snowdrop petals and whipped marshmallow.
When I tried it for the first time, I was surprised by the scent. When I smelled it in store, it smelled very sweet. When I got it home and began to use it, I realized it is not as sweet as I thought it was. It defiantly has a fruity, sweet, floral scent, but it isn’t super sweet like other scents I tried that smell like candies. To me, it smells like a grown up version of a scent children may like.
This is why I really like it. I am still hunting for a more sweet scent than this one, but Iced Sugar Plum is a great sweet scented fragrance for adults. The plum is highly complementary to the other fragrance notes. As the scent wears, it transitions to flower and marshmallow. On my skin, it has an additional scent of cream. I really like how it smells and how long it wears. On my skin, the top note lasted over an hour with the rest of the scent notes lasting four hours. (Depending on the note)
I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet, candy scented body wash for adults. It is also great for anyone looking for a sweet scented fragrance for a teenager or young adult that wants a more adult scent.
Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
