Beauty Products I Loved- May 2021

It’s the beginning of June and I thought it would be a good idea to start the month with a post about the beauty products I loved in May. It’s been a while since I wrote a post like this, but after trying beauty products, I have some new favorite products I don’t talk a lot about or at all on this blog.

Garnier SkinActive Micellar Foaming Gel Cleanser

I bought this foaming gel cleanser a few months ago out of curiosity. I didn’t use it until I needed a gentle cleanser to wash sunscreen off my face. That’s when I fell in love with it. It cleans the sunscreen off my face, but it is still gentle to my sensitive skin.

GlamGlow SuperMud Charcoal Instant Treatment Mask

I stopped using the SuperMud mask a few years ago, but I started to use it again to clean my pores out after frequently using sunscreen. I don’t use it often, usually once a week, but it works well to clean my pores out.

Aveeno Baby Sunscreen Lotion

After years of struggling with trying to find a sunscreen for sensitive skin without causing some sort of an allergic reaction, I finally decided to try a few types of baby sunscreen. One of my favorites is Aveeno Baby Sunscreen Lotion. It is light weight and works very well. It does leave a white cast, which I personally don’t mind because it works so well preventing sunburns on my skin.

Coppertone Pure & Simple Baby Sunscreen Stick

I love Aveeno Baby sunscreen, but it worked better on my arms and legs than on my face. Instead of using the Aveeno sunscreen, I started to use Coppertone’s Pure & Simple Baby Sunscreen Stick. The stick looks and works like a small sized deodorant stick, but the product works better at preventing sunburns and sun damage on my face. I really love using it.

Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick in Lover

I tried Maybelline Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick after buying a tube of the Marvel x Maybelline collection lipstick. The color I picked is Lover and it is by far my favorite drug store liquid lipstick. It doesn’t try my lips out and it stays put. I also love the shade on my skin tone! I’m planning to pick up a few more colors in the future.

Well, that’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
