Sephora Travel Mini Set

While shopping for Christmas presents at Sephora in 2018, I received a free travel mini set along with my order. Although I was very excited to receive it, I was so busy with Christmas I unable to look at it closely or test any of the products in it. While doing some winter cleaning this year, I rediscovered it and realized it was something I really needed at that time.

Although it is no longer available on Sephora’s website, I still wanted to show the travel mini set, talk about each of the products in the set, if I tested them yet, and what I did and did not like about the products.

The first item I received in this set was a make up bag…

Everything in the set arrived inside this travel bag. I really like it and the size. It’s smaller than my make up bag but it’s large enough to put all the travel sized beauty items I would normally carry if I went somewhere. I also noticed while taking photos for this post that Sephora’s logo is stamped on the zipper pull tab. It was a cute detail to show where the bag came from.

The next item in the set was a travel size version of Urban Decay’s All Nighter…

I’m so happy to have a travel size of All Nighter. I needed a small bottle for travel, but delayed picking one up because I didn’t need it at that time. Now that I have one, I hope I will go somewhere soon so I can take it with me and use it!

The next item in the set was Tarte’s Tartest liquid lipstick in the shade Birthday Suit…

If you’ve read my previous blog post, you’d probably know that this liquid lipstick was in my February 2019 favorites post. I was put off Tart’s liquid lipsticks because I found other liquid lipsticks that lasted longer, but, because it is a smaller tube, I decided to give this one a try. I fell in love with it and hope to purchase a full tube of this liquid liptsick when this one runs out.

The next item in the set is a test size version of Loncome’s Definicils mascara…

I never tried any Lancome products, so I’m very excited to try this mascara.

The next two items in the set are travel size version of Fresh’s Soy Face Cleanser…

And a test size of Caudlie’s Moisturizing Sorbet…

I was the most excited to find both products in the set. I wanted to try Fresh’s cleanser for a while, but I held back because it cost more than what I normally feel comfortable spending on a cleanser. Since this was free in the set, I can use it, as well as the moisturizing sorbet, before I purchase the full size version.

The last two items in the set are a package of Rahua’s Omega 9 Hair Mask…

And a package of Briogeo’s Blow Dry and Heat Protectant Cream…

Out of all the products in this set, these are the two products I’m least excited to use. Although I can use the hair mask, I have my favorite hair products that I don’t like to stray away from. As for the heat protectant creme, I let my hair air dry and never blow dry it. I do on occasion use a heat iron, but once in a great while. Even though I’m unsure when I’ll use these products, I plan on getting creative and find a time to use both of them.

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
