2018 Hallmark Gold Crown Ornament Wish List

It’s that time of the year when the Hallmark Gold Crown Christmas ornaments will be available for sale! I’m very excited to go shopping again this year. Last year I got up early to go shopping at my nearest Hallmark store, but I ended up missing out on buying a few of the limited quantity ornaments I wanted to buy because I ran errands and arrived to the store a half an hour after it opened. I hope to avoid this mistake and miss buying the limited quantity ornaments I have my eye on.

Since the ornaments will be available later this week, I decided to make a post about the ornaments on my wish list. I’m not sure if I’ll buy them, but they are the ones I’m considering purchasing.

The first ornaments on my wish list are these two reindeer ornaments…

After purchasing the limited quantity reindeer ornament last year, I wanted to buy another reindeer ornament this year. The only problem is I’m not sure which one I want. I really like the two reindeer ornaments in this year’s Dream Book, but I know later on this year there will be a reindeer ornament that will be sold at Dillard’s that I would like to look at as well. (They have this ornament ever year along with a large figurine, which I’m also considering if I like this year’s decoration) Because of this, I’m not sure if I will buy the Hallmark ornaments, buy one, or buy both.

The next item on my wish list is not an ornament, but is a table top decoration…

When I was growing up, my mom had a table top Christmas tree like this one on display every Holiday season. I loved her tree and always wanted to own one like it so I could have it in my house. When I saw this tabletop tree in the Dream Book, I was very excited because it meant I could own my very own! Unfortunately, I put myself on a tight budget for the premiere event so I cannot buy it this weekend, but I plan on buying it in the coming weeks.

This next ornament is a Crayola box of 8 ornament…

I had a Hallmark Crayola box of 8 ornament when I was growing up, but I haven’t seen it in years. It is one of the ornaments from my childhood that I wish I could have on my Christmas tree. Since Hallmark brought the ornament back, I want to get a new one.

The next ornament is a Cinderella castle ornament…

As much as I love this ornament, I’m not sure if I’ll actually buy it. It’s made out of cast metal, which I believe will make it heavy, and is around $100 USD. Since I put myself on a budget for my ornament shopping this weekend, I know that I will not be buying it on Saturday. I do plan on looking at the ornament in the store to see if I would like to save my money for it and buy it later, but if it came between buying the Cinderella castle or the table top tree, I’d rather buy the tree.

These next two ornaments on my wish list are from Beauty and the Beast…

When I looked through the Dream Book for the first time, I knew I wanted these ornaments. Bell is one of my favorite Disney princesses and I already own several Bell ornaments. Even though I love them, I wished there would be other ornaments of the characters from Beauty and the Beast. Although I want all the ornaments on this list, these two are the ones I want the most. I hope to buy the Cogsworth ornament first because it is a limited quantity ornament, so I’m sure he will be a popular ornament!

The last Christmas ornaments on my wish list are these two Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer ornaments…

Rudolph is one of my favorite Christmas specials to watch. I’ve loved it since I was young and still look forward to it to this day. Although I’ve seen other Rudolph ornaments for sale in years past, I never bought them because I didn’t like them very much. These two, on the other hand, I like. I especially like the record player, which plays Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer sung by Gene Autry.

That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
