Wet n’ Wild Color Icon Zodiac Lip Gloss Review- Libra
During a shopping trip to Walgreens last year, I purchased a tube of Wet n’ Wild’s lip gloss. I have used Wet n’ Wild’s lip gloss before and liked it. So, I decided to try another type of lip gloss.
The gloss I picked is from their Zodiac collection and is in the color Libra. Since this collection was released in 2018, I am really late to talking about, or even buying, the Zodiac collection. If you want to know more about the whole collection and see swatches of them, please read Makeup You Mind’s post about the whole collection.
Even though the collection has been out for a while, I wanted to write my own review post about my new gloss. Since I purchased it, I’ve been wearing it on and off so I now have a better idea of what it is like, how well it performs, and how much I like or not like it.
First, I’m going to start by show what the lip gloss looks like. (The photographs in this post are darker than I’d like them to be. I was having trouble with lighting, editing, and using a phone to take the photographs of the gloss with. (I normally use a camera) Unfortunately, the photographs are dark. Especially the photograph of the swatch. If you want to see the gloss and a swatch in better lighting, please look at Makeup Your Mind’s post about the whole collection.)

Wet n’ Wild’s listing for the glosses in the Zodiac Collection is…
Embrace your star sign with an ultra-pigmented lip gloss hue that’s just for you. Swipe on for a mirror-like shine that embraces the beams of your rising sign. Argan, Macadamia, and Jojoba Oils keep your lips soft and moisturized for a perfectly kissable pout.
After using the lip gloss for the past few months, I am really happy with the way it looks on my lips. It has a really pretty pink shine that is great for anyone looking for cool toned makeup. It adds a really great shine that is flattering but not overpowering to wear. It is a pigmented gloss, which isn’t my favorite type of gloss. Yet, the Libra shade matches the natural color of my lips very well. The pigments in the gloss did not change the color of the lips, just add a natural pink shine. The gloss also wears very well on my lips.
If anyone is looking for a nice pink, sheer gloss with shine and is great for cool skin tones, I recommend this gloss! I found mine at Walgreens, but Wet n’ Wild still has their glosses available on their website, Amazon, and Walmart.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
