LoveShackFancy Sugar Blush Hair and Body Mist Review

LoveShackFancy is a fashion and lifestyle brand I like, but don’t own many things from. Despite this, I enjoy looking at LoveShackFancy’s website and the collaboration collections. Out of all the things to buy from LoveShackFancy, the ones I’m always the most interested in are their fragrances.

Last year, LoveShackFancy released a line of hair and body mists. These mists caught my eye because they cost less than their line of perfumes and they have scent notes I like in fragrances. After thinking about them, I decided to purchase two of the mists. The first one I tried is Sugar Blush.

This is what the bottle of Sugar Blush looks like…

The description of Sugar Blush on Sephora is…

Fragrance Family: Florals

Scent Type: Fruity Florals

Key Notes: Passion Fruit, Pink Rose, Pink Sugar

Fragrance Description: This fruity-floral body mist smells like dessert. The delicious scent gets its sweetness from a pink vanilla-sugar note spun with creamy rose, tart passion fruit, violet, and sandalwood.

About the Bottle: All about pink bows, roses, and so many hearts, this slim, fluted bottle adds a fanciful touch to your everyday fragrance routine. The Rosa Beaux print is a signature design, selected from over 2,000 in the LoveShackFancy print and lace library to adorn the perfectly pink bottle, which is topped with a matching metallic cap.

About the Fragrance: A dreamy cloud of sweetness and warmth, this perfume mist is made to be sprayed all over, anytime.

When I tested this fragrance, I sprayed it once my wrists. I didn’t use it on my hair, although this mist can be used on the hair as well as the body.

This scent is a nostalgic scent to me. It reminds me of scents I used to smell when I was in high school in the 2000’s. It is a very pretty scent, very feminine, and sweet. To me, it smells like a beautiful, sweet cake with a fruity cream frosting setting next to a bouquet of roses.

I love this fragrance. Even though it is a sweet scent, it isn’t an immature scent. It is the kind of scent full grown women can wear without smelling as if they are candy. It is a deeper, more complex fragrance compared to the ones for teenagers, and yet it is still a sweet smelling fragrance. It also lasts a long time. When I tried it the first time, it lasted over four hours before it noticeably faded.

If anyone is looking for a new fragrance to try with sweet scent notes, I recommend this fragrance. Like I mentioned, it would be great for adult women who want to use sweet scents, but struggle to find fragrances that suits them. It could be a good fragrance for teens, but I think it is best suited for late teens (18 and older) because it may not be a sweet as teens may want it to be.
