Bath and Body Works Fairytale Shower Gel Review

A few years ago, I purchased a bottle of Bath and Body Works body wash in the scent Fairytale. At that time, I felt conflicted if I would like the scent or not. When I purchase the bottle of body wash, it was part of the Semi Annual Sale and was reduced for a good price. Even though I was debating if I would like the scent, I decided to purchase it anyway.

Recently, I needed to use a body wash with more cleaning power. I found my old bottle of Fairytale in storage, so I decided use it.

The scent notes are…

Pomegranate Nectar, Fresh Orange Blossom, Vanilla Bean, Warm Amber

The scent is a pretty scent. It is a stronger scent but a feminine one. This scent would be perfect in the fall and winter months, when the fragrances are stronger.

As for if I like or not, I like it when I smell it in the bottle. As for on my skin, it is too strong for me. Amber scents tend to stick to my skin and lasts longer and smells much stronger than it would on someone else. Some fragrances with amber in it smells good on me. As for Fairytale, it doesn’t smell good on my at all. Also, the fragrance stays longer than I normally want it to.

Sadly, I don’t like Fairytale. Again, I like the way it smells from the bottle, but I don’t like the way it smells on my skin. I think it would be a scent for others to try, but not me.
