January 2024 Book Haul- Part 3

Well, it’s time for the January 2024 final book haul post!

In this post, I purchased all the books from either Amazon.com, Walmart, or Dollar Tree. I really am happy I now own all these books, especially the Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream & Desert Book! I am interested in making ice cream from scratch, so to now own their recipe book has been the major highlight of my book shopping for the month of January.

Here are all the books in this haul…

Almost the books are from Amazon except for one. That one is from Dollar Tree.

The first book in this haul is Christmas at Rosie Hopkins’ Sweetshop…

This is the book I found at the Dollar Tree. I’ve been slowly collecting Jenny Colgan Christmas novels, most of them coming from the Dollar Tree. I was really happen to find this book at such a good price than what I would’ve needed to purchase it for on Amazon!

The next book in this hauls is Ben & Jerry’s Homemade Ice Cream & Desert Book by Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield with Nancy J. Stevens…

This is a recipe book by the founders of Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream. Inside there are recipes on how to make ice cream and deserts using their ice cream recipes at home. I am worried that my food allergy triggers may end up in ice cream, so I’ve been slowly gathering ice cream recipe books in order to help me create ice cream from home. I was so happy I discovered Ben & Jerry have a recipe book! I look forward to using it sometime in the future!

The next book in this haul is Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros…

I wanted to read The Empyrean series for a while, but I couldn’t find Fourth Wing, the first book in the series, in stores. After purchasing the second book at my local Walmart, I decided to hunt for the first book on Amazon. I found it and purchased it. Now I’m looking forward to the third book in the series, which won’t come out until next January!

The next two books in this haul are The Taming of the Broom…

And The Wizard of Menace…

Both books are written by Erin Johnson. These two books are part a large series of novels about a cursed Renaissance festival and how three characters try to break the curse. Since it is such a large series, I decided to slowly purchase the novels over the course of months. After purchasing these two novels, I own all the novels in the series written by Erin Johnson.

The last book in this haul is The Vampire Knitting Club by Nancy Warren…

I remember reading this book a while ago, but I wanted to read it again. I didn’t have a copy to read anymore, so I purchased this one.
