It’s time for Black Friday shopping! I considered not writing a post about Black Friday shopping sales for 2022 due to the economy. After a great deal of thought, and browsing many of the sales, I changed my mind.

For this year’s post, I picked six of my favorite store sales for the year. I tried to pick a variety of stores that sell different products, but all of them have what I believe are good sales. Before purchasing items from the store, please look at the store return policy. Since the pandemic, many stores have changed their return policy. So, to avoid confusion and frustration, please review the store return policies before purchasing.

Ulta Beauty

Ulta Beauty has great Black Friday sales this year. Morphe eye shadow pallets are on sale. So are products from Mac Cosmetics, Urban Decay, Clinique, Tarte, and other brands. Ulta Beauty’s line of products are on sale as well. Some of the sales are available online only, so make sure to check to see if the sale prices you’re interested in is online only.

Victoria’s Secret

Victoria’s Secret is one of the go-to stores for Black Friday shopping. This year, they have many items on sale. There is the obvious lingerie, but there are also flannel pajamas, accessories, and a deal on perfumes. Victoria’s Secret’s sister brand, Pink, also has a sale. As well as lingerie, there are leggings, shirts, hoodies, and other clothes on sale. Body sprays are also on sale. Just like in previous years, Victoria’s Secret and Pink have a bonus for anyone who spends over a certain amount of money. A purchase of $85 or more will qualify to receive a free tote. A purchase of $150 or more will qualify to receive a free tote and blanket. The style of the tote and blanket will be different depending on if you choose Victoria’s Secret or Pink.

Bath and Body Works

Bath and Body Works has their annual Black Friday sale going on right now. Their sale, buy three get three free sale, is an annual tradition for the store and is for everything in the store without limits. The sale started earlier this week and continues well into Black Friday weekend. In addition to their sale, there is a gift set called Make Joy Happen that can be purchased for $40 with a $40 purchase.

EDIT: Bath and Body Works is also offering a coupon for 20% off the whole entire purchase. It originally was advertised for Thanksgiving Day only, but it is continuing for Black Friday and throughout the weekend.

Macy’s

Macy’s is one of my favorite go-to department stores for Black Friday shopping. This year, Macy’s has many items on sale, including makeup, skincare, and other beauty products. In addition to their clothing, shoes, accessories, jewelry, and home good, toys are also on sale. Macy’s purchased Toys-R-Us last year and reopened the toy store inside their department store locations. Because of this, Macy’s has toys on sale.

Dillard’s

In the past, Dillard’s didn’t offer many discounts and sales during Black Friday. Over the years, this has changed. This year, Dillard’s has many known brands on sale during their Black Friday sale. My favorites are Kate Spade New York, Coach, and Dooney and Bourke. In addition to these brands, products from luxury brands, such as Versace, can be purchased for a discount on their website and in store. (Depending on the store) Dillard’s also has collaboration collections exclusive to the store. Even though these collections are not on sale, I highly recommend looking at them for fun. If you cannot visit a Dillard’s store near you, then look at their website for sales.

Bloomingdale’s

Bloomingdale’s isn’t as well known as Macy’s, Nordstrom, or Sacks Fifth Avenue, but it is a luxury department store with a Black Friday sale! Bloomingdale’s is offering 25% off across the store on a wide variety of items. Pay attention to their Christmas tree ornaments, which are high quality and many of which are on sale, as well as their clothing, shoes, accessories, and homewares. Also, 2022 is the store’s 150th anniversary. In order to celebrate, the store created a collection of high end and luxury items for a limited edition collection. Look at the collection for anything unique, collectable, and on sale!
