I have been a casual fan of romantic and shabby chic fall decorations for many years. Some years I don’t like the style of them, but other years I do. Normally I purchase these decorations to use them throughout the year due to their color scheme and how I like to decorate my house.
For fall 2025, Michaels has a new collection called Blush Romance. The collection included everything I usually want to see in a shabby chic/romantic themed fall collection: Roses, darker tones, and vintage/Victorian inspired designs. My closest Michaels has most of the collection available to shop in store, so I took some photographs of the items that caught my eye.
This is what some of the pieces in the collection look like…
The first piece I like is this wreath…
There was a second wreath in the collection. It has flowers all over the wreath while this one has wood bead on the top half of it. I really like this wreath because it would work well in the spring, especially near Valentine’s Day, as well as the fall.
I also really like this small picture of a rose in a gold frame…
The decretive shelf cabinet and this image also caught my eye…
The cabinet really caught my eye, but I have no need for it right now. The image is on canvas and comes in a frame.
This mirror tray and the gold bow frame is pretty…
Here are some more rose wall art, except this time the frames are not as ornate as the first picture…
These images of flowers and of a bird are small, but pretty…
I like this welcome sign…
As well as this bow wall decor…
This table top decor is pretty. I think it would be perfect for a reading room because… well… it says “reading” on it!
This table top clock is pretty and dainty…
I’m not sure how well it will keep time, but it has a very pretty vintage look to it.
The Blushing Romance Collection also has porcelain containers…
I like the idea of them, but I didn’t like how well the lids fit on the ones I saw in store.
The collection had a lot of table top decor. Here are some of my favorites…
Aside from table top decor, these porcelain canisters would be great for a kitchen…
And, finally, there were empty antique inspired perfume bottles in the collection…
I like this collection more than the previous year’s romantic inspired fall collection. It was not so dark, gloomy, and depressing, Still, I didn’t buy anything from it. I still own my old romantic fall pieces from previous years and still enjoy using them. Although I am tempted to buy the wreath with the wood balls on it, I have yet to buy it. I still want to use and enjoy my old decorations this year.
That’s all for now! Thank you for reading!
